A celebrity. I felt like a damn celebrity walking through a red carpet with paparazzi's flashing their cameras at me. Indeed at a time like this, I was. Before entering this world of elites, I was nothing but Lillian Grayson, but now I am Lillian Blake Aspen.
As we walk through the entrance of the fancy building, Blake snakes his left hand around my waist. I looked up at him to make sure he was okay. He looked down at me and gave a smile. A smile which possessed the power to get any girl on her knees.
I wasn't any girl, instead of almost falling to my knees, I raised an eyebrow whispering, "We haven't even gone inside yet and you're already acting as if you're drunk as hell."
He was about to reply, when a man came in between and asked, "Mr. Aspen is this the beautiful woman you have married recently?"
No, this is the girl he found on the streets begging for food. Are you stupid? Of course, I'm the beautiful woman he married recently, fool.
Blake smiled, "Yes, this is Lillian, my wife." Suddenly I felt his lips on my cheeks as he kissed me. I couldn't process what had just happened due to the flashes of the cameras going off instantly. I could feel myself burning, not because I was blushing, but because I was embarrassed. I didn't know how to react, other than faking smiles throughout.
"Mrs. Aspen, you're so lucky to have a husband as caring as Blake Aspen," a paparazzi girl said flashing her camera, taking another picture of us.
If only she knew.
"Yeah, lucky my ass...," I mutter under my breath. Just then I felt Blake nudging me. I look up at him, while he shot daggers my way which only I could see.
"Pardon?" the girl said. I looked back at her smiling.
"Yes, I am lucky to have Blake in my life," I said smiling and then turned towards Blake. "He completes me." Blake looks at me stunned, while I hide a smirk.
Rule number two down! Act like a loving couple.
"Awe that's so cute," I heard couple of people say.
"If you'll excuse us ladies," Blake said politely, as we walk inside the ball room. "Wow, you're good," he said.
I smirked, "All credit goes to my beloved Korean dramas."
He rolled his eyes, "Of course," he pauses, "and I can't believe you broke rule number one even before we entered the ball room."
"I know, I know. I'm sorry... it just..." I began sighing heavily. "It's part of me. I can't go a day without being sarcastic. It's in my blood, blame my crazy mother if you want."
"Your mother is crazy, but she is a sweet person Lilly Pad," he's gassing her up again.
"Can you stop? She's not even here," this idiot.
He rolls his eyes once again muttering, "Whatever."
I was too busy fighting with Blake that I hadn't realized how beautiful the ball room really was. It was a big a room with people walking in and out as soft music was being played in the background; it was more like an elegant hotel. Everyone dressed in such chic and pricy dresses. This one lady caught my eyes, she was showing off her diamond necklace to the women's who surrounded her.
"That's Mrs. Dinkle," Blake said out of nowhere, "she and her husband organized this fundraiser."
"Dinkle?" I said, more like asked. We were both quiet for a while before breaking into laughter.
"I know," he said, "the name kills it. But the woman... she's even worse than her name."
That made me laugh even more. Was that even possible? Anything is better than that name honestly.
"Okay," I control my laughter. "Who else do I need to know?"
Blake looked around and pointed at this couple talking to another couple. "That's Mr. & Mrs. Kingsman. Mr. Kingsman is one of our biggest clients, so can you can kiss up to Mrs. Kingsman for me?"
I nodded, "You got it babe."
He laughed, "You know what, let's act like a real married couple tonight."
I raised an eyebrow at him, "Are you implying that we are a fake married couple at this moment? Like that kiss, that whole I do shit was nothing? It was all fake?" I gasped.
He rolled his before chuckling lighting, "It's funny how you brought up the kiss first," he paused, looking straight into my eyes. "Do you want me to kiss you again Lilly Pad?" he smirked.
My face reddened, as I began to blush furiously. "W-what? No, hell no..." I stuttered a little.
He lips curved into a half smile, leaning closer to my ear. "If you want it that bad, you can just ask. I don't mind taking a trip down memory lane," he whispered huskily into my ears before planting a kiss near my lips. His lips almost touched mine, hell the corner of my lip could feel his soft lips pressing onto my skin.
I was stilled to my place, forgetting how to react once again. I was too shocked to even process everything. All I knew was that my heart was no longer slow. I might as well have a heart attack any minute now. His lips did not move an inch, as his hand remained on my waist bringing me closer to his body.
"Ahem, there's about twenty rooms upstairs for you two, you know..." we heard a women say giggling. I could feel a smile forming on Blake's lips, as he leaves me. He turns towards the women and hugs her.
I was too lost and shocked to even care that my husband was hugging a random woman right before my eyes.
Jealous Lilly Pad? The voice was back.
Shut up, I reply.
He leaves the woman and turns towards me. "Lilly Pad, this is my favorite cousin, Courtney."
I smile, a bit shocked because I didn't know he had any cousins, more so I was thinking this might be one of the bimbos he's be screwing around.
Such highly thoughts of your sister-in-law Lil.
"Hi, I'm Lillian..." I say, giving her my hand.
She smiled back, "I know," instead of taking my head, she went straight for a hug. Again, I was taken back but I hugged her back nonetheless. I liked people like her. "I'm sorry I wasn't there for both of your wedding. My family and I were at the Bahamas."
"Oh no, no it's fine. I didn't know Blake had any cousins..." I say.
"Yeah this idiot doesn't like to talk about family much," she rolled her eyes chuckling.
I chuckled with her, "Finally, someone who thinks the same as me."
Courtney's smile grew wider, "You think he's an idiot too?" she almost squealed.
I laughed, "YES! This girl said I'm lucky to have him. Like no, HE'S lucky to have ME."
She looked at me dumbfound, and then back to Blake. "Never let her go Blake. I like her!"
Blake rolled his eyes while I smirked. "Yes Blakey, never let me go," I teased him.
"Awe Blakey, how cute," she gushed and I laughed.
"Cute? It's so childish," Blake gagged.
"You call me Lilly Pad and that' not even your own words. You copied Marshal from How I Met Your Mother," I shot back.
"Still better than Blakey."
"At least I don't lack originality."
Blake was about to say something, when Courtney cut him, "Okay that's enough for tonight guys. Do you two always argue like this?"
"He started it!" I whine like a kid.
"See it's her!" he replies.
I gasp, "No!"
"Yes!"
"No!!!!"
"Yes!!!!"
"SHUT UP!" Blake and I both look at Courtney who was already frustrated with us. But what happened next blew our minds away. She began to laugh. She freaking began to laugh at us. "You guys are such kids! God knows, what went through both of your parents to get you two married... but I must say, you two look quite good together, and ... in love," she smirked.
Blake and I both look at each other for a minute, almost getting lost into each other eyes. But we snap out of it right away. Turning back towards Courtney, we say, "You're delusional," together.
We stop and look at each other again. Silence begins to gain upon us, but it doesn't last very long because we both soon end up chuckling.
Courtney looked at us amused, "I don't care, and you two are cute."
"Who's cute?" I heard a guy's voice coming from behind me. I turn and see a guy who looked a lot like Courtney walking towards us.
"Not you," she scoffs.
He laughed, "Let me tell you little sister, five girls just gave me an open invitations to the rooms upstairs," he said cockily.
So he's an Aspen. Are all the Aspen guy's this cocky and flirtatious?
Courtney rolls her eyes, "You were born like six seconds before me Ash."
THEY ARE TWINS. I LOVE TWINS. OH MY GOD, THEY ARE TWINS.
I look at Blake smiling like an idiot. "You two are twins?" I ask Courtney.
She nods, "Sadly, this moron thinks he can rule over me because he was born six seconds before me."
"Still the oldest, little sis," he said before turning towards me. "And who must you be?" He asked with a charming smile that brought out his green eyes. I felt a hand over my shoulder as it pulled me closer to... Blake.
"Your sister-in-law Ash," Blake replied before I ever could.
Ash leaned back a little, "Well isn't that awkward... I was thinking of taking you upstairs instead but I see my brother has dibs on you before me..." he said a little too dramatically. "It's okay, I guess those blonde bimbos will have to do..." again this guys is full of drama.
I couldn't help but laugh at his little scene. "Are all of the guys in your family like this?" I ask him.
"Like what?" he replies.
"I don't know..." I began, "Flirtatious? Always hooking up with blonde bimbos?"
Ash laughed, "She's cute Kade."
That didn't answer the question moron. Wait Kade? Who the hell is Kade?
"I know," Blake said pulling me even closer, if that was even possible. I was already too close to him, air could barely pass through us. What happened to leaving room for the Holy Spirit to pass? Seriously...
"Ummm... who's Kade?" I swear I sounded like a Blonde bimbo but I had no choice but to ask.
Courtney and Ash both looked at me as if I had lost it. "Your husband," Ash replied smiling.
"She doesn't know?" Court asked Blake.
Husband? What? No, my husband is BLAKE ASPEN not Kade Aspen... I think. Or did I marry the wrong guy... Oh God what is happening????
I heard Blake sigh, "That's what they call me at home. It's kind of like my nick name that my grandmother gave me."
I nod, "Okay so what's your full name?" I was still lost with the name thing despite him telling it's his nickname.
"Blake Kaden Aspen," he replies.
"Awe, Kaden that's such a cute name!" I say teasing him.
"I hate you Ash," Blake said to Ash while Court and I chuckled.
"But bro, I love you," Ash said as he came to hug Blake.
"Ew get away from me you faggot," Blake said even though he did nothing to stop Ash from hugging him.
Ash broke the hug and then turned towards me and smiled. "And I love you too, sister-in-law," he said as he came to hug me. However, Blake got a hold of my hand and pulled me towards him yet, again. I crashed onto his hard yet soft chest, as his hands wrapped around my stomach pulling me even closer to him.
"Well then, possessive much?" Ash said, shaking his head. "It's okay dear sister-in-law, we shall hug and get to know each other when your possessive husband isn't around."
It was weird having Blake act such way, but I masked my feelings with a smile. "We shall," I told Ash.
Soon enough a man came and took Court and Ash away. It made me sad to see them leave because honestly I was having fun because of them. Now I had no one, other than Blake, who seemed weirdly possessive and did I mention weird?
"You can let go of me now," I told Blake, who was still holding onto me. He put his chin over my shoulder, ignoring me.
"I can't believe I'm saying this, but you look nice tonight," he said softly into my ears.
"Yeah I can't believe it either," I said out loud.
He picked up his chin from my shoulder and turned me around to face him. "Why do you always make it seem as if I'm the bad guy here?" he asked.
I was completely taken back with this question of his. I knew the answer very well, just didn't know how to put it in decent words. I smiled instead, "We can argue about that later. It's a rich party and so far all I've met are your cousins whom I absolutely loved by the way. Why can't you be more like them?" Seriously dude, think about that.
He rolled his eyes, "I'm fine the way I am."
"Whatever, but introduce me to some people already!"
Blake sighed heavily, taking my hand in his. I loved how my tiny little hand fit his so perfectly.
Like it was meant to be? The voice was once again back.
Go away, I replied.
We walked around greeting and meeting people. Talking to various types of character. One lady we met loved to smoke. If you go near her all you can smell is the marijuana. It was disgusting. Yet, I complimented her sense of style which by the way sucked. But had to do it, because it was rule number three.
Another man was cheating on his wife. I caught him sticking his tongue down this random lady while I went to get Blake and me a drink. I kept shut, it wasn't my place to say anything nor was it my business. It was probably the best thing I have learned so far from my mother. It kept me out of trouble till this day.
His wife however, somewhat insulted me, saying I looked like a s**t wearing that dress. I smiled it away. Why? Because it was rule number four. No one offered me a drink, because Blake was with me almost the whole time. So there was no need to follow rule number five.
I followed every rule he put up before entering other than rule number one, because it was my nature. The minute Lillian Grayson stops being sarcastic, is the minute the world becomes Black & White, with no comedy whatsoever.
"Wow, I have made up my mind," I said as we sat down to eat. Blake raised an eyebrow at me. "I hate rich snobs."
He chuckled, "You'll get used to it. This is one of many parties you have yet to attend."
If only one could see the horrific expressions on my face. "ONE OF MANY?" I whisper yelled. He nodded, "OH HELL NAWW!" Even my dead body refuses to attend anymore snobbish parties.
He shook his head, "Calm down. They'll be better, I promise."
"No."
"Please?"
"No."
"Pretty please with a cherry on top?" he pleaded.
"Only if you repeat that exact line again, just like that while I take a video of you," I make it crystal clear.
He rolled his eyes once again, "It's okay, you don't need to go to any parties."
I chuckled, "You're cute," with that I ruffle his hair.
Oh how much I love doing that.
Yet again, he got a hold of my hand pulling me closer, almost causing me to fall on his laps. "Dance with me?" he asked as his eyes fixed upon mines. I couldn't help but stare back at his.
"What do I have to lose?" I say.
And with that we walked to the middle of the dance floor, where almost everyone was dancing. The music was light and slow. His hand was on the curve between my waist and hip as mine was on his shoulder. We step-side-step, side-step-step-side, our way through the ball room. Our legs moved to the rhythm of the music, as he twirled me around once in a while. We were both smiling, enjoying the four minute dance which would probably become the best dance I've ever had.
We later switched position, as the music began to get even slower. Both of my hands on his shoulders, as both of his were on my hips, elbows locked, two feet between us, just swaying to the slow music looking deep into each other eyes. Our entire dance was quiet. No one spoke a single word; we were comfortable with the silence. As we fox-trotted a little more, the song ended with Blake dipping me as I raised one of my leg a little higher than the ground giving in all my weight. I trusted him, and he kept my trust.
After a while of dancing and talking and drinking, we finally decided to head home. We were both tired, from the dancing and talking to people we didn't particularly like. Yet, we enjoyed the night, and each other's company. It was probably the first time, we acted as if we were an actual married couple. It kills me to admit it, but I quite enjoyed being Blake Aspen's wife for a night.
As we were in the car, I could feel sleep taking a stroll on me. I didn't know when I fell asleep, but at one point or another, I felt myself being lifted by someone, probably Blake as he carried me to our apartment. I knew what was happening, but was too tired and sleepy to even care. I even heard the door lock, and him placing me on the bed. And a muttering good night, feeling another body laying down beside me. I couldn't help but snuggle onto that warm body, letting the pure darkness that comes within sleep take me in fully.

Author's Note:
Guess what? I planned the sequel for this story. Yes, it will be a two part book guys.
Hello! How are you? Good? Good, I'm not good. I had only 4 hours of sleep but that's okay. I'll live... probably. This will be short, hope you all liked it. I gave new faces and new entries that will advance the story now. Now is the real story that will make you go gaga, so be prepared. All you have seen are the funny moments, get ready for a lot of drama and depression and late night thoughts/talks. Dancing, singing, honeymoon, DRAMA. Of course, it will be hilarious too, I can't write emotional shit for life. I hate it, because I want to make people cry like John Green. So yeah, hope you like it. Give some long comments, if you res unres fast. I hate stalking you down and telling you to unres, it kills me and time.
Also check out my new story Fire & Ice, if you haven't already. I promise you will like it, the girl is similar to Lillian. And the guy, you'll love him.
So that's that. Bye now.
This chapter is dedicated to CrazyForAmar because her comments are extremely sweet and nice.

Dang girl, this was so funny!
And full of classic LilAke goodness.
Lillian was great! She was still good old sarcastic Lillian, but she still followed Blake's rules so I bow down to you Sanaya. I love how you portrayed Lillian in this chapter.
HE KISSED HER!!! Okay fine, it was a kiss on the cheek. But it's still a kiss!
Lols, Korean dramas. Of course Lillian. Wait, I thought that was her mom's thing...
Haha, crazy mother. I miss Lillian's crazy mom... And Blake's mom. They were very similar.
Mrs. Dinkle? When I read that, I kept thinking of Dinkleberg from Fairly Odd Parents. Ah, Mr. Turner... Sorry, getting off topic. Moving on...
HE KISSED HER AGAIN!!! AND THIS TIME IT WAS NEAR HER LIPS! *freaks out, terrifies kids*
Haha, poor Lillian. Thought her sister-in-law was one of her husband's bimbos. Classic!
I am loving Courtney by the way! She and Lillian are going to be good friends. Blake better watch out...
Cocky flirtatious Aspens... Totally saw this coming from a mile away! I have read enough Wattpad to have sixth sense about these things.
Aw... Is Blakey jealous of his cousin? Interesting... *rubs palms together cynically and cackles like the hyenas from Lion King*
Whaaat? Did Lillian marry the wrong guy?
Oh... His middle name! Phew, that's a relief.
Ooo, Blake is getting protective... Can we get more protective Blake in the future? Especially with that nice doctor guy?
HE COMPLIMENTED HER!!! AND HE FEELS HURT BY HER COMMENTS!! THEY'RE FALLING IN LOVE! *cries hysterically, once again scaring the little kids*
LISTEN TO THE VOICE LILLIAN! Stubborn moron...
Lillian's reactions to more parties... That just cracked me up. You gotta' feel sorry for the girl though... This isn't exactly her scene. Rich people...
THEY'RE DANCING!!! Sh*t, I feel like a 1D fangirl... Scary...
Okay, a sequel?! Girl, I love you!!!
