Ok so my prediction

Raman have an accident and IF Shagun is loyal to herself she wont save him = Raman death🥳

Shagun will save Raman and ShaRam🥳

seeing how she is dressed and the blue eyes, Shagun will pretend to be someone else / look alike in front of Raman who will belive that

And still ShaRam🥳

Ishita always says no, or tries to avoid being Romantic with Raman...

If Shagun is brought into the serial without Ishita being totally goner on Raman, then, Ishita would allow Shagun in, if it means a new child for Bhalla family, a sibling for Adi & Ruhi (my take, no tomatoes please...)

they wont show Ishita allowing Shagun in for the baby...my take wud be, Raman doing some scandal with Shagun in mumbai...one month later Shagun showing at their door steps, with pregnancy report in tow...then all melodrama of Ishita taking her in...and Bhalla's disgusted yet tolerating her...then after 5-6 months they get to know that her pregnancy was fake blah blah...this is the usual Balaji drama...
