What happened to Ananya's resignation?

Friends I missed on two episodes one after the other and there are major gaps in my understanding.

aaj pata chalega.. after confession! I think mystery will continue till Monday..

She had submitted her resignation n her resignation letter is with Khalid.
Her friends have gone to her house to stop her from resigning n Trisha had stayed back to tell Kabir that Ananya loves him. The rest will continue today...

Ananya accepts the offer put forth by some News star channel. She says only a day's notice period is mentioned in her contract. She'd join the news channel as soon as she hands over her resignation. The same afternoon she submits her resignation letter. Well, Khalid as well as Kabir are quite perplexed at her sudden decision of resigning, especially Khalid, who would never want a reporter like Ananya to leave. He is shown to leave Kabir's cabin with ananya's resignation letter. No one has signed it yet.
Ananya leaves KKN soon after, and Trisha spills the beans to Kabir about Anu leaving KKN because of Kabir and her love for him.
So, practically speaking, the whole part of job offering and resigning takes place the same day..
In today's episode, it'll be late evening/ nighttime ... Her friends, including ronnie and the girls will try to convince anu to take back her resignation and come back to office.
Trisha will ask her to come to office asap and then the much- awaited confession will take place. ;)

So, it's obvious, after confession, Ananya will choose to stay at KKN. and Kabir won't let her go easily.

Her resignation is because of Malvika.
She had called her friend and had asked her to offer ananya a job in another organization which will give Ananya a higher pay.. n thus all this happens. However Manav gets to know that Ananya is leaving because of Malvika n confronts her. I am sure Kabir still doesn't know about Malvika's game..

Khalid rejected it much to Kabir's delight and Malvika's bad luck
