There is as much dancing as there was last year. The only addition is the daily challenges. It is up to you whether you want to watch those tasks or not. Despite all the people here saying that there is too much drama and that the challenges are boring, they still end up watching it (I know this because I see most of them post regarding the specific challenges which shows that they watch it).

If you do not like it then you do not have to watch it. That doesn't mean the show is lacking something.

Dont know about previous seasons but this one is anything but dance. Contestants r nice but they r being instigated against each other for TRPs. I wouldnt have continued to watch, if there wasnt a couple that I really liked.
