I don't understand the need to change the remaining positive characters into negative ones when the prevailing antagonists are already proving lethal against our two naive protagonists. If turning Ragini into an adversary wasn't enough the CVs are now butchering the character of Annapurna.😡😡
From a virtuous motherly figure that once stood upright for Sanskaar, discarding the norms of Marwari society, I hate how the CVs suddenly portray her as an angst-ridden social-attention-driven lady who is ready to sacrifice her son's love.😕Wasn't she the same lady who once praised Swara?? Wasn't she the one who understood the well brought-up girl with a noble soul that the modernized Swara actually was??

I can understand that the CVs are trying to bring out the typical saasu maa of Indian telly out of Annapurna and this is where my disappointment originates from... What is the need of turning her as an indifferent mother-in-law when we already have one to fill up the quota of vamp?? Moreover, why can't a mother-in-law be a supportive character rather than being the one villian??😳

oh I missed this post
well coming to topic...here's what I felt of Annapurna...
actually she is just against swara for her religion...she is just like the old DPM in the case...but with a slight difference...DPM went to do evil to gadodias...as per his rules..
but AP don't support inhuman acts...she do have views against the same but she cant do bad to anyone...for sanskar case...for her sanskar love life is a closed chapter...nd her son returned after 5 years of dead assumption...she cared only for him now...but DPM still couldnt get over his past deeds nd we know he put rules above...
she enjoyed with swara as she felt swara is uniting ragya...AP always loved ragini and had no problem with her for she being of same religion...and also for she thought laksh loves her...
the thing is that during during whole swara proving laksh innocent track, DPM saw the qualities of swara as he had faith on his son and he was not afraid of laksh uniting with swara but AP lost her faith in her son on his acts and was busy going suspicious on him..as a result DPM transformed and she's still there...

according to me I feel it was only sanskaar's mom and dad who might have really wanted him to marry a girl of his choice!! ap is opposed to the fact that sanskaar was sent out of the home and thinks that the present so called mental situation he is in is probably because of that! and never once they have showed in the serial that she supported sanskaar to marry a girl outside their samaj!! she opposed dp and felt sorry because she was not able to stop dp from alienating their son from the family!!! as for laksh matter she was worried that he is sad but never thought of allowing him marry swara for his happiness! I think she has always been this kind of samaj supported woman!! so I expected this of her!!
