why did rajeev kill navin and why was dr. ritu a spy

dr. ritu was a spy - reason unknown. she came to kma to steal the nuclear triggers years back. she made navin fall in love with her. navin was in charge of the triggers. she tried to steal them and when she failed hid the triggers in naveen's bag before escaping. naveen was labelled a traitor. he could not stand the torture by the army and asked raj to kill him - mercykilling. raj killed naveen and later on felt guilty abt it. but then he also came to know that naveen was being slow poisoned and was going to die anyway so he had done the rite thing by asking raj to kill him. ritu came back to kma when raj took charge of the nuclear triggers. she tried to make raj fall in love with her and also steal the triggers but raj was clever - he found out ritu's a spy and killed her.
