Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought she meants that girls in general do not listen to boys. Right before the scene, Uppen was telling her to listen to him, and she was not doing it. Then, she siad "hum thehere ladkiyan" when he asked her to listen to him. So, I concluded that she meant women do not listen to men.

Yes, I too think she generalized it based on probably how she is.
Like how Himmanshoo says "that is my opinion", so in this case i'd say, it is Karishma's "opinion".
Does not mean I would have to take her opinion as the World Rule 😆

Moreover sometime they mean something and end up saying something else. She could have also meant I was "listening", I was also "doing the task", just not "looking" at Upen. She definitely was multi-tasking.
When Upen said "listen to me", he actually meant, "look at me" , "hear me out" and "check my actions as well".

So, there is nothing to be offended with. This is like scrutinizing with a powerful microscope if we do want to take each and every word spoken (in jest) as offensive. Now that is my opinion. 😃

That's my point, not everyone who hears this comment will interpret it in
the same way as someone else. I also thought that's what she meant by the way. However some people thought this means she is saying girls can't multi task.

I was offended by Karishma's Statement and this is not the first time, that words of ' wisdom' that has come out of her mouth is actually quite insulting and offending.
' We being girls' She made it sound like we are the less intellectual than the males. The icing on the cake, was when she failed the task further adding to her statement that we are dumb.

For those, who want to brush past this statement of her, are welcome to do so. But on NATIONAL TELEVISION, she generalised all girls and implied we are dumb - the word ' dumb' wasn't exactly uttered from her mouth, however that is exactly what she meant. Intelligent folks can read between the lines.

Either that, or Karishma needs to go back to school to improve her command on Hindi Language. Like i said before, BIG difference in ' Me and We. She could have said, me being dumb failed the task and no one would have criticised her. However her use of ' we' is what is being questioned.

I am offended with what Karishma said so voted yes. So much for woman power. Calling girls dumb.
