Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought she meants that girls in general do not listen to boys. Right before the scene, Uppen was telling her to listen to him, and she was not doing it. Then, she siad "hum thehere ladkiyan" when he asked her to listen to him. So, I concluded that she meant women do not listen to men.

Moreover sometime they mean something and end up saying something else. She could have also meant I was "listening", I was also "doing the task", just not "looking" at Upen. She definitely was multi-tasking.

When Upen said "listen to me", he actually meant, "look at me" , "hear me out" and "check my actions as well".

So, there is nothing to be offended with. This is like scrutinizing with a powerful microscope if we do want to take each and every word spoken (in jest) as offensive. Now that is my opinion.😃

Soo true. She was nervous, clueless about the task, the heat, upen nonstop instructing when he himself didnt know (pehle jack chaDhwaa diya) .. So masti mein, frustration mein bol diya to shut him up 😆 Karishma is bindaas girl... Silly comment maar diya.. Bas!

I was offended by Karishma's Statement and this is not the first time, that words of ' wisdom' that has come out of her mouth is actually quite insulting and offending.
