Kabir saw Ronnie-Ananya hug, Ronnie's confession...& he perceived that Miss kashyap also loves Ronnie...& if he himself is falling for her he will take two step back from her & will ignore her royally...
Ananya based on what her friends told about Kabir, his actions...formed a perception about Kabir...she never gave a thought why Malvika is trying to instigate her...why she is trying to make her jealous... Even if she & Kabir are in relationship why out of whole KKN staff ...she goes on to reveal to her...hope Ananya gets to understand the hidden agenda...

Ananya's letter to Ronnie was heartwarming...it literally described how good friend she considers Ronnie to be...hope he gives one chance to their friendship...agreed he is heart broken because of her rejection...but being her friend & knowing her all over these years, distancing herself is unfair of him...He should atleast be thankful to her that she didn't lied about her feelings...what if at this current stage she gives in to her proposal under pressure, but in future it will just be disastrous for either of them...Ronnie needs to get into his mind, that didn't rejected his proposal not just because of Kabir, main issue is she doesn't have those feelings for him...She might see Ronnie as best friend but she doesn't see her life partner in him...
Ananya was right somewhere, just because they cant be a couple because of her feelings, they should not atleast loose their friendship which they have cherished all these years...
Hopefully her friends will be able to bring back their friendship back to life...as somewhere their emotional personal mess is affecting their professional lives too.

Guess Kabir feels that distancing himself from Miss Kashyap, will make him control his emotions...will stop him feel for her...but seriously Kabir? For that no need to use Malvika ...she literally went too far in her bitchiness...Somewhere felt sorry for Miss kashyap, both Kabir-Malvika really messed up her already messed up emotions...specially Malvika.
Kabir might have his own reasons for distancing himself from Ananya, but by making her jealous...by using Malvika dats really unfair of him...spclly the whole "bracelet" sequence... I though you only remembered Miss Kashyap's bracelets...Already Miss Kashyap have trust issues with him...& Kabir just adding on to her reasons...& Malvika darling thinks she is winning the challenge, poor her she doesn't realize that she is getting illusion of winning, just because Kabir is letting her believe so...where the fact is he know her real face...her real intentions.
Keeping fangirl aside, Kabir royally ignoring Miss Kashyap was something professionally unfair...girl was asking relevant professional questions...I think when dealing with professional things...kabir shud have kept personal issues aside...it was not like she was asking silly question in midst of meeting like "aaj sham dinner ke liye table confirm kar doon"...[Khalid gave perfect reaction...I too had similar reaction] as an employee Ananya has full rights to know about the merger & its effects like anyother employee...& like Manav bhai said, "this is really not expected from you".
Hopefully Kabir will try not to his personal emotions effect professional life... 😊😊
