Aww.. The roo moments were too too cute and emotional.
We had a premature baby in our relatives further more she got some infection in lungs so she was in
incubator for one n half and I observed her so closely. They are so tiny u can count their veins as their skin is super soft.
Will vandy and Bala will act as cupids now???

If one problem occured there is 100 solutions we will get to solve the problem... The point is which solution is suitable to solve the problem..:-)

Raman is guilty ..he is the reason for shaguns death.he forced for baby..
If he not..ruhi,and ishita is not in his life..
Atleast they are giving peace of mind to him...

Ishra hug ..its realistic...raman need ishita at this time ...emotional hogaya mai..that too tight hug...dont want to miss the person in his life..

Actually ishita is angry in shagun...after her death also..she is cause for his worries..shagun is the cause for ramans tears.

Chapter 26

Ishita looked at happier side of Raman and knew it wasn't right to bring up anything related to Shagun. She thought it was best to let him be for now and knew that even if she tried to convince him he wasn't at fault here, he would take time to come out of the regret. And she was ready to be with him, letting him know how he couldn't have been a better husband at any given time. He tapped her shoulder asking her what she was thinking about when she brushed it off saying it was nothing.

"Ishita...listen I want to say thank you."

"For what?"

"For listening...and not judging me because of my past mistakes. I was worried about what you would think of me when I told you everything, but you didn't say anything to me instead you said I wasn't at fault."

"I say what I think is true."

"But honestly, I don't know why...but I just feel as if there was something inside me that is gone now, I feel like a burden has been taken off. Like I'm not hiding things from anyone now and it's because of you. Now I feel like I can share things at least with you without be judged about it. You're the first person who listens to me and what I have to say silently and gives me the reassurance I need. I can't thank you enough for what you did for me Ishita. Maybe you don't know, but this is the one thing no one else including my own mom and my friends couldn't do...you listened without adding remarks and advices."

"If I promised to listen to whatever you say, then that is what I will do. And I don't need to pass comments on anybody because we both know what that feels like. And honestly advice to get over your wife and all those memories is something I would never give you. That is something you will decide if you want to do or not and when you want to. Not me. So you don't need to thank me, I haven't done anything really."

"You have. You comforted me by making yourself uncomfortable." He referred back to the hug they had just shared a while back.

"Raman, if it made you feel better even slightly, I will do it again without thinking twice. No matter what."

"Why? Why would you do it again?"

"For you..."

"You would do it despite being uncomfortable...for me?"

"That's what I just said." She looked into his eyes and he was really grateful right now. He couldn't believe that someone was willingly to do so much for him, for his happiness while she couldn't believe he was so surprised at having someone do something for him. She felt as if the lack of confidence he had on himself and what he was worth was seeming to connect back to his old relationship where maybe he didn't get attention from the other or nothing was done for him. She hoped that wasn't the case and he was just surprised because of her suddenly declaring something like this.

"And now Mr. RKB if you are done thanking me...your little darling is waiting for her daddy to talk to her and you're busy with her mother. She's not going to like that. And I don't want her crying again."

"RKB?" he asked curiously as he went over to pick up a toy for Ruhi.

"Raman Kumar Bhalla is too long." He shrugged his shoulder as if not caring about what she called him and took Ruhi out onto the balcony to play with.

As he got engrossed with Ruhi, she got a bottle for her since she needed to be fed. While preparing the milk for Ruhi, she could only think about him. She was happy he had taken his mind of Shagun for now and was busy with Ruhi. But she knew this wasn't going to last for long and he would start feeling guilty again, so she needed to think of a way to make him realize he couldn't blame himself forever. But what could she do...

Her thought chain was broken by Raman's voice calling her. As she rushed to the two, he asked her where she had gone. She sat down in front of him handing him the bottle giving him his answer. He tried to get Ruhi to drink her milk, but she was acting extra cranky today and was pushing away the bottle. He asked Ishita to feed her, but their little infant wasn't willingly to leave her dad's arms. She clung onto Raman's sleeve and started to cry whenever Ishita tried to pick her up. When Ishita tried to bring the bottle near her mouth, Ruhi immediately started to drink the milk while she was still in Raman's arms. They both smiled at each other looking at how their daughter was able to get her way around every time. They stayed in the same position as Ruhi was being fed, but after a small while Ishita's arm was being tired. Trying to make herself comfortable, she moved closer to Ruhi and her knee collided with his. She looked at Raman before looking away embarrassed...

"It's okay."

She looked at him and he told her again it was okay. As they were busy with Ruhi, their small family moment was interrupted by his phone. At first he ignored it, too busy with his daughter, but when realizing it wouldn't stop he picked it up. After hanging up the call which at had result in him being angry at the person on the other line for being careless, he handed the almost asleep Ruhi to her and went inside. She followed him and found him on his laptop with a file in his hand as he looked tensely through the papers...

"What happened?"

"I've lost my mind!"

"Really?!" she asked pretending to be shocked.

"Ishita!" he complained like a small whiny child.

"You started it. Tell me what happened?"

"Well I'm going to lose my mind because of these people. They get huge degrees, give perfect job interviews and when needed can't even do simple budgets and calculations properly."

"Excuse me? I'm offended now!" She looked away as Ruhi let out a giggle seeing her mother's pout. He bit his tongue as he realized his wife was exactly like a person he just described though she could do calculations...at least he thought she could.

"Sorry, but I have 2 hours to fix this mess created and having my senior accountant not available doesn't help."

"Can I see?"

He turned his laptop towards her and she could point out where some of the mistakes were and knew very well how to quickly handle this.

"Raman I can fix this, don't worry."

"Ishita, it's going to take so long. I will handle it."

"Just to remind you I am perfect for a job like this, I can show you my certificates. Plus you're paying me for this."

"Pay? But-"

"Before you ask, you said sorry again, so..."

"Okay! Then how about we both try and finish this?"

"Alright. I'll put Ruhi to sleep and then come help you."

She sat down on the bed with Ruhi trying to put her to sleep as she watched Raman working away. Ruhi fell asleep quickly after as Ishita started to hum to her while Raman looked at the two wanting to only watch them and not worry about any of his office work.

As she finished placing Ruhi on the bed and tucking her in with a small blanket, she looked up at him. He quickly looked back down at his file and though she noticed him fumbling with papers, she was completely unaware he had kept his gaze on her and Ruhi the whole time.

She walked over with a smile and sat down next to him to help. He sigh in relief she hadn't seen him looking at her and covered with by saying he was only relieved to have gotten some help sorting out this mess. As she got busy with adjusting the mistakes made in the calculations that had been sent to him, he noticed how efficiently she was able to fix all these numbers. Clearly she knew what she was doing...

"Where did you work before joining our company?"

"Oh, just a small newer company. But how did you know I worked before?"

"You're like in your 20s, I'm sure you did have a job! And because you look like you have done all this before."

"This was all I did in previous job. Except there were much smaller numbers than your company has."

"So why did you leave a job like that for a smaller job here?"

"Because I was fired..."

"Oh..."

"Don't worry. I know how to do my job. Just that sometimes having your ex as your boss isn't the best idea."

He was shocked to know what that man had done to her after leaving her alone with a child. He couldn't believe there were people like him in this world who could do this to a woman like Ishita. She was left in such a stranded situation and she had never shown any sign of facing difficulty. But then again she was hardly vocal about what went on in her head. He looked over at her and she seemed so unaffected by his mention. She was busily writing on a paper completely engrossed in solving his problems. He knew just like his past, there was something in her past that was painful, but she had the ability to hide it in herself unlike him. But it didn't mean she wasn't hurt, there was something going on inside her that he wanted to know. And he would one day, but for now she was taking small glances at him and he attempted to change the topic...

"Well, not many people can keep their personal and professional life separate...I'm like your ex in that matter."

She gave him a confused looked and was slightly upset knowing he compared himself to Subbu. But then she heard why...

"If I had another secretary, I would have never let her work from home. I can't keep personal and professionally separate either."

"See you're not like him. You're a caring person...and now back to work Mr. RKB." She ordered him.

"Gosh! Even I'm not this strict at work!"

"I've seen you working, so don't lie. Everyone's on their toes when you're nearby."

"And I have to be on my toes when my wife starts working with me."

They both shared a laugh before they focused back on working. 2 hours and a lunch break later, they had finished fixing all the mistakes and going through the new budget a couple of times, along with taking turns to take care of the crying Ruhi who kept on waking up in between her sleep.

"Okay, so now I have to go out for a couple of hours." He said clearing up all his papers.

"You have to go?!" She wanted anything but this. After all he had shared with her today and even though he seemed to be in a better mood, he was still emotional exhausted by everything that had happened today. And the last thing she wanted was for him to go out and deal with talking to people about this building which would only make him emotional again. She didn't want him to come back without the smile he had on right now.

"Just a little while and I'll be back home by dinner."

"Raman...don't go. I don't think this is a good idea."

"Ishita...it's all fine. And you said I should finish all this up quickly right?"

"But Raman..."

"I promise I'll come back soon."

"Fine...but please come quickly."

He gave her a smile and the sleeping Ruhi a kiss before he headed out. She let him go reluctantly and dropped him off to the door watching him drive away before heading back inside. She spent the rest of the afternoon being with Ruhi and kept on remembering everything he had told her and how he had broken down in her arms. Never again did she want to have to face a point where he would break down again and she would need to act strong in front of him...it was just too difficult. She waited for him to come back for hours as she thought of ways she could free him of the guilt that was eating him up.

It was only when she got a phone call from Mihika, she was able to pass her time without Raman's thought wandering in her head. She spent a good hour on the phone with Mihika and was happily chatting with her laying down on the couch. And that's how he had found her when he walked in. She was startled to see him all of a sudden and got up from the couch hanging up the phone call. He smiled at her and left to their room to change. She set up the dinner table for the two of them as he returned.

While eating, he asked her who was it that made her so carefree and happy. When told Mihika he asked her to thank his sister-in-law for keeping her this joyful and asked her to always be this way. She didn't know how to respond to him and quietly continued eating with a tint of pink on her cheeks. He headed straight to bed after dinner claiming he was extremely tired and she followed right after. He had fallen asleep almost right after hitting the bed and she figured it was due to the emotional exhausting day and the hours he had spent at work. She looked at his peaceful face and was relieved to know he wasn't too stressed out after work. And that's how she fell asleep looking at him.

They had finally gotten a moment to sit down after their crazy morning. After they had gone to bed late night, they ended up waking up late and luckily Ruhi had woken up before them and began to cry otherwise they would have woken up even later. They rushed throughout the morning. First Ishita was feeling sick throughout the morning and left Raman to handle Ruhi. When he finally got to use the bathroom, he was disturbed by the knocking and Ishita continuously telling him to hurry up as she said she needed to go out today as well while he wanted to take his time since today was his day off. When they finally got ready, they rushed through breakfast creating chaos everywhere. Ruhi was busying trying to get things done her way while Ishita and Raman were trying to eat themselves and handle her.

They were sitting on the couch as Raman finally got a chance to grab the newspaper and Ishita had just finished stuffing a few of Ruhi's things into her purse getting ready for her meeting today when they heard the doorbell ring.

He opened the door to Bala and Vandita who couldn't hold back their happiness from yesterday and wanted to meet the two. They were extremely happy their close friend and their new friend were getting along so well and Raman was genuinely happy in his marriage.

As they entered and finished greeting each other, Vandita and Ishita were quietly talking in a corner when...

"You want to come over, have a small talk while these guys stay here?"

"Why not?! But I have to leave in an hour."

"No problem, we can have a cup of coffee and you can head out afterwards."

The two women went over next door while Raman and Bala sat in the Bhalla apartment talking amongst themselves.

"So Bala, what brought you here this morning? Don't tell me you are trying to escape a shopping trip with Vandita again."

"No! I was just wanting to talk to you, I never actually got a chance to congratulate you properly on your wedding."

"Don't be formal! I know you would be happy with my happiness."

"So you're happy in this marriage?"

"Very happy Bala! She's prefect for my Ruhi and you know somewhere down the line, as we're learning more and more about each other, I'm getting more confident in spending my life with her. She's someone who you can talk to freely, who you can listen to, and just someone you would want by your side."

"That's great Raman! I'm really happy for you. You really needed someone like her in your life!"

"So how's everything going...with Raman and Ruhi?" Vandita asked bringing over two cups of coffee for them.

"Good...actually really good!" She said with a huge smile as she took the cup from her.

"Someone's really happy! Looks like something really special happened!" Vandita winked before letting out a small giggle. Ishita shook her head embarrassed.

"No, it's not what you're thinking. It's just something else...something really important."

"Hmmm, sounds nice! As long as you two and your little one are happy, what more could you want?"

"Exactly, Raman and Ruhi are happy, I don't need anything else." Vandita looked at her for a moment before...

"Ishita...thank you!"

"Thank you?! What did I do?"

"Well I don't know what you've done, but you have started to bring back our Raman. The Raman who was happy and cheerful, not the one who had become quiet and sad in these past months. He even looks as if he is going back to his normal self now. Now I don't know what you did to him, but you brought a change in his life. A good change."

"And you're thanking me for this?"

Vandita gave her a confused look as Ishita chuckled before continuing...

"Raman's my husband...I would want to do what I can for him. I try to do anything I can to make him happy. Just like he does for me...Vandita maybe you don't know, but he has given me so much that whatever I do for him is really nothing, it doesn't ever seem enough. And anyways if he's happy then so am Ruhi and I. We both need him to be the way he is right now!"

They both sat down talking about their kids as Ishita narrated Ruhi little antics to Vandita who in returned talked about how Shravan cutely annoys Bala and her sometimes. Amidst their talk, Ishita started feeling sick again, but brushed it off at first. Later she was visibly feeling nauseous and when Vandita asked if she was okay, she could only ask for their bathroom before covering her mouth and running to the direction she was pointed out. As Vandita started to go after her, Raman and Bala entered the house with Ruhi asking for Ishita. When told what had happened, Raman handed Ruhi to Vandita running to the bathroom to be by Ishita leaving Bala and Vandita completely perplexed...
