Indian Idol NOT rigged

Hi All,

Indian Idol is in its last lap nd im sure each one of us wants our favs to win.... but certain new topics nd posts hav compelled me to make each one of u aware of wats happning

Certain members at the forum hav come to conclusions tht they dnt wanna vote anymore because they thik Amit is already the indian idol... nd tht sony doesnt care abt how much votes they get.... nd tht they hav already decided tht they want Amit to become Indian Idol....

Plz Peolple dnt let such posts or topics affect ur voting pattern.....or the number of votes u send to ur respective contestant....

i dont want to stereotype anyone but its evident frm a few posts tht Prashant fans r getting a little desperate as they think Amit may out number Prashant in votes..... nd they r using such methods....

Plz keep the competition fair nd square.....

this is my sincere request to all Amit & Prashant fans.....

I agree that there is no rigging. Have been saying that since yesterday. Both the guys stand an equal chance.

There are so many posts saying "rigged" or "not rigged" maybe there should be a sticky post devoted to it?

yeah agree prashant fans are using these kind of methods to make prashant win. But Amit fans please do not pay any attention to these kinda posts and keep voting for Amit. 😛 😳

They made Amit in Bottom 2 with Chang. And Voted out Emon by foul play.

Sony wants Prashnat for Sympathy votes, that is why he is never in Bottom 3 even when his performance is weak.

One Judge from Sony even offered Playback to Prashant infront of Live audience when there were better singers.

Amit will win, not because he will get more votes but because he is already a fixed winner.

The above line is rumor and there are a lot of different supporting arguments for the rumor. People can just say - "Don't believe it" against the rumor , but there is no answer if one asks back - WHY?

I read a new story, that supports the above rumor. It tells that RAW is also behind the game that wants Amit to make winner of the Indian Idol. RAW is charged with this plan to unite rebelling youngsters of NE in music by projecting a massive campaign for Amit for the title. The historical unity seen in the NE has made RAW excited in success of their plan unlike the case of Qazi Tauqeer (the Kashmiri) experiment. Qazi was pulled up as many as 11 times from the danger zone in similar musical program hosted by sony television.

One may say "Believe it", the other may say - "Don't believe it". It is up to you.

If this is true, I will be very happy for Amit's win. Both Prashant and Amit have made their own space for their musical future.

My only question remains then - "Why should I vote?" if the winner is already fixed.

Ohh, yeah, there was somebody who was talking about a reliable third party agency involved in the vote counting. I deneid that and asked to give name and proof of their involvement. That thread disappeared now.

Today, there is news that some people tried to verify whether their votes were reached or not. They voted more than 7500 votes but the found only 150 votes were actually reached destination.(source:- http://sikkimnews.blogspot.com/ ) The network was jammed, and people are angry now. Yet, I believe that must be a technical glitch rather than anything else. However, I want to verify this event from the so called independent third party agency. Can anybody, who denounce the rumor, bring this independent agency to tell more on this issue and clear up my doubt with authentic information?
