It is a holy month of muslims in which they keep fast for the whole month. This month is a very blessed month for muslims and if they do ibadat ( which hindus call pooja or prartna ; sorry if i write wrong spellings) they'll get 70% more reward than they get for the ibadat done in other months. Acc to msulims belief, devil and other evil creatures are improsined by Allah in this month and cant do any harm to human beings. This is month full of blessings. Its original pronunciation is Ramzan not ramadan.
