Sona's act upsets Pari?

Actress won't admit it, but it seems the Sinha girl's singing gig at IIFA irked her

Parineeti Chopra, in a sexy new avatar at the IIFA, it seems wasn't too thrilled that the organisers approached Sonakshi Sinha for a singing gig.

A source reveals that Pari, who happens to be a trained classical singer, expected them to approach her for the musical segment, but that didn't happen. Instead, the act went to Sona, who surprised everyone with her rendition of Sawaar Loon from Lootera along with other numbers.

A source revealed, "Pari felt that she could have done a good job on stage with the mic too. On seeing the Sinha girl perform to the Lootera song, she was literally fuming."

Meanwhile, Sonakshi won a lot of praise for her singing act at the event. Many are now hoping the Akira actress will turn to playback like Shraddha Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. We contacted Parineeti's spokesperson to find out if she was indeed upset with Sonakshi's act and the response was, "Not at all!"

Reminds me of the DEI promotions where she forced her singing on us because Shraddha and Alia had done playbacks for EV and HSKD respectively.

This however seems like her moving on to alternative career #101, playback singing, because the sari brands never called in.

don't know how true this article is..

but Parineeti used to sing at all her interviews from the time of Ishaqzaade.. before shraddha started singing.. And even before Alia debuted ..

Why so passive aggressive? If you don't want to upset the publication just tweet one simple sentence explaining that there was no issue. But if you want to show your disappointment with DNA then stick to your guns and your tirade.
