But, yesterday's precap made it look very clear to me. I think this has high chances of happening.

Once Amya comes to know that Mantu does not have any feelings for her, she will try to move ahead in life. That will be when this distance will irk Mantu and he will soon realise his feelings. But the very time he will confess Amaya will reject it. Heartbroken Mantu will then move ahead (Uma will play her part here). But then the ultimate plot twist occurs and something happens to Mantu, a shocked Amaya wont be able to control herself and she will tush to see him. After a lot of stretching Mantu will see Amaya caring for him and realise that she still loves him. But Amaya will refuse to accept it. That will be when Mantu will decide to make her accept it. And when she will accept it, another plot twist happens and GNC sees them together. He will say, "Daughter will obviously be like her mother". Here Amaya won't be able to take that statement and she will start distancing herself from Mantu. This will be when Rudra will start his 'fake' love drama.
