Chapter 4

In London:

Taani was sleeping peacefully on her bed when her alarm rung and disturb her sleep, she lazily open her eyes and set on bed and start doing her usual krishnaji talk, "Good morning krishnaji thank you so much for this beautiful life and such wonderful people whom I call my friends sab ko happy rakhna mujhe apne liay kuch nahi chahiye but, Bhaiyu ko bhabhi ko propose karne ka confident dena, Samar ko please kisi aisi ladki se mila do jo usko pyaar karna sikha de aur jo usko akdu se jolly bnade, aur Ayan and Alex k pranks kam krdo bas itna hi chahiye aur haan Rey ka khayal rakhna app ko tou pata hai na who apna khayal rakhna bhool jate hai tou please unka khayal rakhna acha chalo abhi k liay itna hi baqi baad mai bye." Taani start her day with the same wish list as always.

She took out photo frame from side drawer which has a photo of Rey, "Good morning Rey kaise ho app I m sure theek hoge as ab mai jo nahi hun problems create karne k liay apki life mai" chuckle on her own joke while caressing his picture with love. " I miss you but I know this best for you to be away from me I love you, and I m sorry mai ne jo bhi kia us k liay I hurt you so much I know ek na ek din apko truth ka pata chal hi jaye ga but tab tk aap apni life mai move on kar chuke honge shayad koi girlfriend hogi ya phir wife aur is baat ka aapki life pe koi effect nahi hoga" Taani said more than picture to herself as if justifying and assuring herself that whatever she did was right but don't know why whenever she think of Rey with some other girl it pained her heart.

"Oh now you feel jealous where these feelings were when you broke his heart and enaged with Vishesh in front of his eyes???" her inner self mock her.

"shut up it was for his betterment he has no good future with me agar us time mai aisa nahi karti tou shayad woh issi hope mai rehte k ek din I will be back to him aur kabhi move on nahi karte but ab baat alag hai ab woh mera intezar nahi karenge" she justified herself again she feel sad that Rey will not wait for her anymore.

"See again you are not able to accept that Rey tumhe bhool jayenge cant you just give up your stubbornness and go back to Rey???" her inner self tried to make her understand.

At which Taani roll her eyes as it was not new to her in fact it was a part of her daily routine everyday she woke up talk to her krishnaji than to Rey and daily has a argument with herself did she do right or wrong.

She comes out from her thoughts when she heard someone banging on her door. She hurriedly placed the frame back in drawer. And moves towards the door to answer. As she opened it, a scared looking Alex move inside and locked the door. "What the hell!!! Alex what did you do now???" Taani asked angrily as by looking at him she has guessed that he must have done something wrong.

"Oh god stop giving me this scary look and help me or else Ayan will murder me today" he answered looking again and again on the door.

"But..." She didn't get the chance to question him as there was again loud banging on the door.

"Open the damn door Taani I know Alex is in here only open it I m going to kill him" Ayan said from other side of door anyone can guess by his voice that he was furious.

Taani tried to open the door when Alex stop her, "what are you doing didn't you heared he will kill me please help me."

" don't worry relax he won't do anything okay let me handle" Taani assured him and open the door there stood a furious looking Ayan glaring in Alex's direction who was now trying to hide behind Taani's back if looks could kill then surely Alex would be death. "What did he do with you, you are looking completely fine" Taani asked while looking Ayan from head to toe to see is there anything that could explain what Alex did.

"See what he done" he said angrily while showing newspaper to her.

Taani take it from him it had an ad for job which has a picture of joker who work in kids parties. "It's a normal advertise what's the problem in it and this joker is looking so cute and funny." Taani asked innocently. When she said cute and funny for joker it was enough for Alex to brust out laughing, on which he earned a glare from Ayan. "But this cell number is looking very familiar whose number is this" she asked as she find number familiar.

"This is my number and this picture is also mine see carefully." said a annoyed looking Ayan "this idiot thought it's a very good idea to put this ad to get revenge from me" he explain while his glaring session was continued "and now I m getting calls constantly from different people asking can I perform on their kids birthday party." He added further.

"So what you also play pranks on him, so enough of this stop fighting I don't want to start my day like this. Alex, say sorry to Ayan and you forgive okay" Taani said in authoritive tone.

"What this is cheating you always do this to me this is not fair" Ayan whined and stomped his foot like a kid.

On which Taani roll her eyes " yeh kya mene tou pray kia tha in dono k pranks kam hojayen but yeh tou ulta hogaya" she thought to herself. "Stop whining like a kid an..." before she could complete his phone start ringing.

" see this person is calling me fifth time I have said no to him but every time he calls he say if I have problem with payment we can talk but he only want me in party. Do I really look like joker" Ayan asked in a serious.

"Look you do not look like joker but in this picture you really look like one infact I was not able to recognize you." Taani started in same serious tone as his but then brust out laughing in which Alex join her. Both were laughing their heart out but sober up after seeing a sore looking Ayan.

"Sorry" both said in union.

"Taani you are forgiven but not you" he said as he pointed his finger towards Alex. "Just wait and watch I'll get back to you." with that he left the room.

Taani and Alex who were controlling their laughter start laughing again. "Oh god that was too much. Poor Ayan" said Taani when she calm herself

"Hey don't pity him don't you know him he must have killed me if you were not come between us. Don't know what he is planning now" he said scared that what will Ayan do next.

"Who said play prank on him don't you have anyone else" Taani asked

"Who else I can't play pranks with you and I don't have a death wish so not with Samar also and I can't with Abhi as Ana is enough to torture him so only Ayan left" he said like he was explaining something very important.

On which Taani roll her eye and muttered "Drama Queen."

"Oh shoot" she said loudly when her eyes landed on clock "I m running late. You idiot" Taani said throw a pillow in his direction. Which he catch very easily.

"Hey relax it is not that late go take shower and come downstairs then we will have breakfast" Alex try to calm her.

"I don't have time for that I m taking shower then we are leaving for school and don't tell me that you forget we have to reach early today" Taani remind him

"And if say breakfast is already ready than???" he asked with a proud smirk on his face.

"And how is that possible???" Taani asked irritated

"well I already knew that when Ayan will come to know about what I did he will try to kill me and the only person can save me from him is you and you did save me so I ready breakfast to thank you" he explained

"Smart" Taani whisper to herself

"I know I m" Said Alex while raising his collar. "Now stop thinking and go get ready" he said when he saw her still standing on same place.

"Okay I m going" Taani said going to restroom.

Alex also left her room

After shower Taani was getting ready in front of mirror her eyes fell on chain with heart shape pendant yes it was same pendant Rey gifted her on Valentine's day. After leaving Mumbai she never separate it from her she always wear it. It was weird that one side she wanted him to forget her and on the other side. she can't even forget about his small gift. She shrugged her thought and hurriedly wore it as Alex was calling her downstairs.

After breakfast she left for school. Unaware of what destiny have planned for her today.
