India's ODI captain MS Dhoni and the debutant Bangladesh fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman have been fined for their collision during the first ODI in Mirpur. Dhoni has been docked 75% of his match fee, and the Man of the Match Mustafizur lost 50% of his match fee.

I didnt see the match, but I don't believe Dhoni is guilty ? Can someone tell me what had happened ?

The newbie bowler first tried to do this with rohit sharma but rohit only warned him not to do it and then he again did it with MSD and he retaliated. 😈

But isn't is obvious the one who retaliates gets punished. 😆 Even in school if there is some naughty kid teasing you and you stay silent the kid will do it again, but if you react then you are bad and gets punished.

The punishment was unfair. If the bowler is bowling from right side, he will continue to go in the same direction, he intentionally tried to come in between Dhoni's path and he should have been punished for doing it twice. What was referee thinking, Dhoni should have stopped and given way to bowler ?

Mein toh kehti hoon, Dhoni ne aur zor se dhaka diya hota toh acha hota... atleast next time bowler ko yaad rehta ki batsmen ke path mein nahi aana chaiyea
