Hey guys,
Okay I know that lately we all have been disagreeing who is at fault here, Ragini or Neil and you guys do make some interesting claims.
Guys I know it's long but please try to read the whole thing.

Neil
Many of you pointed out that Neil loves Ragini beyond measure, more than how much Ragini loves him. Love cannot be measured but there is no doubt that Neil loves Ragini unconditionally. However just because you love an individual does not necessarily mean you truly understand the individual as well. Love has many definitions, yes Neil may care for Ragini, help her, but that is of no use if he cannot keep his promises and responsibilities towards her. He promised to never hide anything from her yet he couldn't keep that promise. He didn't tell her about Aarav's situation. Nevertheless many of you pointed out that Ragini has been cold towards her son...well she does have a solid reason. How many of your parents yell at you, scold you, and even behave hostile towards you when you do something bad? Don't lie guys, what they do seems ridiculously rude and you sometimes wonder how they can do that to their own child but in your heart you know that they don't mean it and they are just trying to make you learn your lesson. I mean you know that they can't be mad at you forever. Same goes for Ragini. She wants to make ranbir feel guilty, responsible for his unreasonable actions towards Aarav. Neil on the other hand does not understand Ragini's perspective and he can't understand it because the way a mother works is learned over the years, not in one day. Neil has mainly been absent from his kid's life so he cannot truly understand the way a parent may behave in these situations which is why he has difficulty understanding this whole agenda. He assumes that because his kids are currently out of trouble, he is a successful father. He is insulting all of Ragini's hard work, affections, and sacrifices. He states that Ragini controls everyone's life and imposes her decisions on them but he does not understand that a mother always wants the best for her children. Which is why every single time that Ragini said something would go wrong she was right. Let's begin with Nishi's marriage, she told everyone that Nishi would have problems settling at such a young age, that Nishi first needs to independent. She even allowed Jignesh and Nishi's marriage as long as they wed after a few years however it was Neil's interference which acted a catalyst for this event. When Aarav wanted to start a business, she told him that if it failed, It would be enough to break Aarav and she was right there as well. No matter how much Neil may love her, the fault in him is clear, he is not a responsible father nor an understanding husband. When I say he is not a responsible father that does not mean he is a bad father, he does have some pros yet he has to develop in this field. I do seriously believe that many of agree with the character because of the actor playing him but guys look at the situation again. If Neil did not lie to Ragini about Aarav and kept his promise, there would have been no problems, that was where we would see maturity from both parts. Ragini had learned to trust Neil which is why even after Ronnie accused Neil, she believed him. She learned her lesson from her former mistakes yet Neil still had to learn some more. The first time he kept the roopali incident from her, it created these unnecessary doubts. The second time it was Aarav. As for his current cold behavior towards Ragini, I believe that Neil is yelling and accusing Ragini mainly for the reason that she got engaged to dr. Aman. I mean he has no right to accuse her for the whole Aarav incident because he was at fault there yet he is a typical dad. Many dads want their children to take new risks and score ahead yet the mother sees the dangers her child may face. Both are right and when they come together they make the child stronger however here one side had dominated the other.
HOWEVER NEIL'S BEHAVIOR CAN BE EXPLAINED.
He is hurt and it is as simple as that. When you feel hurt, you want the other person to feel the same way, that is what he wants to do with Ragini. He feels betrayed by Ragini because of her engagement with Aman.
Guys, He can be a good father, a good husband only if Ragini supports him, if they come together he will develop and learn but that is where the fault in Ragini lies.

Ragini:
A strong independent woman who does not show her emotions and while this is a good thing in today's society, in a family this can lead to great misunderstandings. I truly believe that because Ragini had to be a father and a mother for her children, she has learned to hide emotions. She is not insensitive rather she feels too much but keeps it inside and this works to her disadvantage. This is why the kids feels that they cannot relate to her or tell her anything. She is not a bad mother nor do her rules and morals get in the way, rather the way she presents them. She knew it was the right thing to tell Nishi's in laws about the fake pregnancy yet the way she publicly announced it was wrong. Morals and ethics is what makes an individual, they are what one follows and are sunk into the daily life. If one lacks them, they can never remain true nor see their own mistakes, Ragini does see them and tries to mend them. Yet because she does not express her emotions, Neil feels that Ragini is not affected by him and her kids feel in a similar manner. This is another reason why they can't understand her.
As for those who say that she should marry dr. Aman, can't you see that she loves Neil. All her decisions are forced. Guys have you ever been so frustrated and tired of something that you just wanted it to end, that you just wanted to move on after being stuck for so long. Guys this is her limit, it was her breaking point. The only reason she engaged dr Aman was to move on, it's not their adhuri kahani, it is hers, she finds no end, she is just falling and she needs someone to break the fall. Yet that is where she is wrong again, she thinks that she can forget Neil but love does not work that way. Love is merciless, it demands to be felt. Pain acts in a similar manner, after Neil left she was in tremendous pain and above all she was finally alone. Her kids weren't there with her and this loneliness, sense of failure, and loss killed her. She is not the same Ragini, she is dead from the inside like Neil first was. She felt pain and she felt love, both together and worse than before. She had no one and it was a moment of weakness in which she gave in and engaged dr. Aman. She is no longer strong independent mother the show introduced, she is a defeated woman who is robotically fulfilling her responsibilities, moral duties, and obligations. She doesn't know what goes on with her and she needs to wake up. She thinks she is all alone and that her pain will never end but she doesn't realize is all she has to do is to express her emotions to Neil, explain what she did, and understand his reasons. She has to learn that if she made the first amend, things could be fixed. The same goes for Neil. They're on the edge and neither of them realize that the other could save them. Neil needs to be responsible and improve as a father and only Ragini can teach him that, Ragini needs to learn that she has to understand others, listen, even if she is right and only than will she able to establish her perspective, and only Neil can teach her. They're incomplete without the other.

All of you may be upset at the way they talk to each other or act but don't forget we're the audience and we see the grander picture.
Ragini loves Neil, Neil loves Ragini. That is the truth and will always be the truth. For those who say that Aman should fit into the equation, first please don't give NB any ideas, second these two are learning and it is going to take a while but don't hate the other or find them annoying for this reason. Aman is a great friend and will make an excellent husband however Ragini and Neil have spent years waiting for the other, let there ripened reward be in each other's arms. Yes they both made mistakes, as a father, as a mother,... but they both are hurt. When we're hurt we do stupid things and we say a lot of things which we regret later. Now this is where the serial should advance, where they learn their mistakes and try to improve. They should fall for each other all over again, not that they ever stopped loving each other but because they should now grow so close that it would be impossible to separate them. We all have rough drafts for an essay, I hope this should be the final draft where they have no mistakes. As for the serial I do expect Neira wedding bells!

Thank you guys for reading this unusually long thought process but please do consider. As well, guys please tolerate the characters' actions and show for now, hopefully it will get better.
Sincerely A.

Totally agree with you.
I so wish there is some balance between the happenings with these characters, sicne they are not in ideal ones.

The creativity part worries me the most.

Got to agree! Reasonable and a great insight into the minds of both the characters.
They are flawed yet so beautiful and real. One of the reasons why i love them so much.

Perfect analysis and nicely put together... Cant agree more ... this is so apt
No one is perfect and so are they... but what to do with the writer who don't seem to realize anything at all 😕

First thing guys, I really appreciate your likings for my post. I truly attempt to show a different side of the situation that I believe is more accurate than blaming one individual. I know you guys work hard and do not want to see hate posts rather a clear understanding of the characters and situations which is why I write these posts. They put me at peace but allowing me to share my thoughts and I hope they do the same for you.
Nevertheless, as NeiraFreak brought to my attention the situation regarding the writers, I would say that the writers are to much of an extent responsible for the lack of development in the show. They are producing faulty work with too many recycled tracks. While they do want to develop the show and that is evident, their attempts fall short mainly because they have destroyed the characters. Both Neil and Ragini's character has been butchered too much which is why the audience is beginning to hate the show and which is why the trps have been rather pitiful. If the writers wish to attract the audience, they have to regain the characters by providing tracks in which we see them mature and advance, where they learn to be good parents and better companions to one another. However due to this factor missing, this is why many people on the forum have become prejudiced and bias towards either Ragini or Neil for one reason or the other. This is why there are unnecessary arguments claiming that Ragini is arrogant, stupid, etc, and Neil is a hypocrite, liar, etc. They both are at fault and instead of the audience realizing this fact, they choose among one character and support them no matter what (human nature) to choose one side regardless of the opposing argument. This mainly happens because we become attached to the actors playing the characters so we do not see beyond what's shown. If only the writers understood this and focused on regaining the characters, so many things would beautifully fall into place and it would be the easiest way an audience is won over again.
