I guess both.

Because somewhere Siyali knows that he is not the only responsible for what happened, so she will help him to reveal the real responsible for alcohol thing and Sid will accept her help and be friend with her in order to be sure that his friend Charlie could stay with Niti and also because he will be glad to see that Siyali finally believe him...so i guess from both part

Sid is now upset with siyali coz of such rude behaviour...siyali toh definitely won't come forward to do frndshp with sid...if she can't support him even after knowing the truth so I'm not at all expecting her to forward her hand for frndshp...I guess no one gonna do this

Earlier too it ws Siyali who offered hand fr friendship when they became headboy/girl . But after this episode Sid is really upset with her distrust so I don't think he'll go forward.. But may b Siyali comes in front as she knew somewhere down the line Sid wasn't at fault. So i voted for siyali.
I actually don't want Sid doing it now.. Want to see Siyali's POV

Its high time she makes a move now.. she knows sid isnt a bad guy and isnt totally to be blamed in this Whole mess. She must stand for the truth and give hand for friendship 1St as also sid been wiz her during her bad times
