It makes no sense for Neil to walk away to USA when Ragini fought with him. As a father he could have put a foot down and fought for Arav ignoring Ragini's taunts.
First he does not keep Arav safe with him when he is being chased by a don, then he just leaves him in the jail and returns to expand his hospital business in USA declaring he has no other kids. Who cares what the wife says, stay put and support your kid who is suffering because of your foolishness.
Neil failed as a father to Arav and don't even mention Ragini. She is so immature shooing away the person who should be helping her son, just because of her ego.
