A quick update,
The first half of the episode was the typical movie promo, you can't expect logic or sensibility, and I wasn't expecting anything interesting happening there, hence no disappointments. VB was just parroting her dialogues, wasn't convincing at all, too many promotions in too many shows might have been too boring as well confusing. Contrary to expectation, her scene was with Ram (only selfies with kids & Ayaan), albeit in separate frame. If Ayaan was present in the scene, he would have wished for VB to be presiding judge in Ram's case ;). How easily she got convinced that Ram is innocent, just by couple of remarks she overheard ;). Guess what, she was a close friend of Anu, and Ram wasn't even aware. ;). Seems Anu didn't have time to tell about VB to Ram in all those 18 years of marriage, even when her best friend stole the limelight with some super hit movies ;). Perhaps Anu was preoccupied with singing praises about her father all the time.. The only enjoyable moment was Ram's expression to Vidya addressing him as Jiju ;), the eternal Jiju of Vidya ;)
The only sensible moment of the episode was Ayaan's mom finding the letter and leaving it at Disha's room as it is addressed to Disha. Seems like the makers wanted the letter to reach Disha, but it could have been achieved little bit sensibly, instead of making Ayaan a complete fool. It it was shown that Ayaan left the letter at his desk, Ayaan mom's dusting the place, finding the letter, assuming the letter reached there by mistake, take it to Kapoor's palace and leave it at Disha's room would have been slightly more believable.
Every character behaved weirdly. Why would AK bring his whole parivar, including Ayaan to his competitor's success party? What is the need of him introducing only Disha & Aarav ( and not his other grandchildren) to Dadlani? How is it possible for Ayaan not to realise about missing letter even while changing clothes for party, why does he need to always act clownish, in his scene with AK, Dadlani, Disha & Aarav, and then with Disha about having vodka.. why do the makers need to make Manav character so stereotypical by showing him having EMA? How does it matter to the story? Why do they need to show so much of bullying by M & M kids, that too at a party? Another stereotyping of rich kids.. When will Disha realise that arrogance is not just rich class's attribute, because she is no less arrogant than M & M's kids. Why does Ayaan need to behave as if Ram & Karan committed a sin by coming to party, aren't they allowed to breath the same air as his bade papa? But alas, his advice seems to have had some merit as per precap.
Why do thy need to show a father - son scene when the actors are not shooting togther, it was irritating to see little Aarav hugging BD's legs, and Ram not even bending to his son.
Ram didn't know anything about the letter, before coming to the party, neither his best friend not his lawyer updated him on that. My doubts on Karan again surfacing.
Fine, Ram wants to have a chance meeting with Dadlani, they gate crashed the party and met him, and obviously he is very busy, either they need to wait till the end of party to talk to him or leave the place, and if they decide to wait, they should have maintained a low profile without attracting any attention to them, especially after seeing AK & family. Atleast after Ayaan's warning, they should have tried to stand in some corner. But no, the weird duo of Ram - Karan doesn't have any sense of their own, as well they don't listen to a sensible advice.. Ram is cornered by AK, M & M at the end of the episode..
Precap is worst, the super successful multi millionaire Dadlani creates a commotion in his own party about loss his diamond bracelet and securities called to search the guests. No prizes for guessing, it is found in Ram Ahuja's pocket..
I really really wish they would spare the little Aarav from the heartbreak of seeing his faster branded as a thief. There is certainly a scene of Ram - Disha, with a latter giving him a tongue lash. And later finding the letter at her room..
Who would have placed the bracelet in Ram's pocket? As I said, my doubts on Karan resurfacing. Perhaps, when he came from Ayaan about the letter being found, he planned another move to make Ram look bad?
Anyway, whatever it is, I am not watching Monday's episode. Don't have the stomach to digest this
