He is so lonely...

I mean he has no one to love him for who he is. In today's episode Malvika and Khalid wanted to take him for dinner but my mind questioned did Khalid actually want to take Kabir for dinner? Not because he was Kabir a guy who just escaped death otherwise he would have asked Ananya to join them too. Khalid wanted to take his Editor-In-Chief for dinner!😕

Malvika wouldn't have given any importance to Kabir if he was some junior reporter just like she forgot about Ananya as soon as she came back(now she is in the jealousy mode again haha😆) So Kabir knows that Malvika gives him importance because he has power and he gives her importance because she is KL's daughter.

However, he is very well aware of their selfish intentions and looking at him one could tell after such long exhausting days he didn't want to mingle at that moment with fake people.😵

On the other hand, when Ananya called he was shocked then smiling because he knows she is not fake but i guess when she mentioned that everyone was going, he didn't want to mingle with everyone in the tired state as he likes his loneliness better. He is so used to being alone that after two days of being with Ananya he wanted to give himself a reality check that he is all alone..

But he was happy that she invited him! The smile that Kabir gave Ananya was so different from the smile that he gave Khalid.. The smile to Ananya was so genuine..

When he was cooking, he was back in his loneliness zone when suddenly Ananya messages him. He was quite amused that she has a get-together and yet she chose to message him. And that was clearly displayed on his face.

But the turning point was that after her reminder of their new friendship, it dawned upon him that maybe afterall he now has someone to talk to and that he actually is lonely so he smiles while texting her and he starts anticipating her reply because after so many years he felt someone was actually his friend.

When she says she won't disturb him now and he starts feeling empty again and he realized his loneliness and he made the first step to call over his brother and invite him for dinner..

The best thing is that it's just been one day of friendship and Ananya has started restoring his faith in relationship even though this was just a tini-tiny step like 1 of the 1000 steps he is yet to take yet it's a progress.

So yes Ananya does affect him.. I mean just look at the guy.. He never used to smile so much... Even in the precap😳😳😳

P.S: The song on my mind right now is " ABhi toh party shuru hui hai" but i mean that "Abhi toh kahaani shuru hui hai!!"

P.P.S: I am so excited to see the changes that our Ananya will bring in Kabir!

That is a lovely post.

Just want to add that - I loved the way he was looking at Ananya form the cabin where Khalid and Malavika were talking to Kabir. What was he thinking ? 😳.. It seems her happy face gave satisfaction to him.

I also feel that reason for denying Anany's invitation is also that he has to maintain a certain distance with the junior lot.. it will affect work. It walnut be right if Khalid and Malavika are not part of get together. Kabir and Ananya's friendship is personal between both of them and it is not for others to see.

To compare - There were friends at Ananya'a place and she was chatting with Kabir but in middle of their chat . Kabir thought of his brother and called him and then also ignored the sms tone when his brother came in.

The mystery in his character is what keeps us glued.

Wonderful post dear...Yes Ananya does have an effect on him...A positive effect...

I remember in one of the previous episodes when a lot of hoo haa had been about Tarini (Thanks of course to 'The' Manav Gupta), Kabir had settled with his bottle when Tarini walks in... suddenly he receives an sms from Ananya saying 'than you' or some such thing (sorry don't remember the exact words)...I still remember his smile at that time also and not only did he smile but he put the bottle aside...even Tarini had commented that at least someone had made him smile...

I think Yesterday's episode was mainly to show that Ananya's innocence, her spontaneity and her and her sincerity and honesty in relationships have started bringing a much-needed change in Kabir's thought processes...

Wonderful analysis !!! Even I felt really bad for Kabir yesterday. Specially when Ananya asked him if he is having dinner alone. He replied, "Mera beeta hua kal, aaj aur mera aane wala kal -- sab saath hote hai".. The man has actually accepted that there was , is and will be loneliness written all over his life !!! Hope Ananya brings in some genuine happiness for this torrmenteed soul.

Yes. I felt a little bad for Kabir too when I saw him in his kitchen alone. While he was cutting the vegetables, he was thinking about something so deeply. I want to know what he was thinking about.

And when Ananya's message came, did you see how his face brightened up? <3 And by the end of it, he was eagerly waiting for her message.

Why is he forcing this loneliness upon himself if it makes him so sad? He could have easily been with someone, even Tarini or Anurag.

I loved the scene where he is staring out of the window observing Ananya chatting with her family and friends. He was completely ignoring Khalid and Malvika 😆

Hi Supriya! Thank you for liking my post😳

Even i keep wondering why he liked being alone, maybe he knows that Tarini and Anurag have their own lives and he doesnt have a partner to share life with as Tarini is just a friend and maybe this loneliness was what lead him on from a failure to a successful man. Maybe he is scared to take things for granted.

I'm just so curious about what goes on in that handsome head of his😆😆 So much suspense! Itna suspense toh Adaalat mein nahi hot hai kabhi😆
