TRUTH IS A BITTER PILL - FOR A BETTER YHM
I have hardly made any standalone posts. My first one was about Adi and Ishima and I wanted my Second topic to be on IshRa consummation but today I am forced to make this post. The other day, I and my friend Becky (Becksharp) commented on Amit Tandon's Instagram (Insta handle AMIT_TANDON0411). A thread was opened saying AT's comment to all bashers. Surprisingly we received more support than getting bashed. Today after all the sneak peak segments, weekly TRP/BARC chart was out and YHM out of TOP 5. It has been in positions 2,3,4,5 even during the worst possible track but today it was out of TOP 5. What a sad moment for all of us.. !! Then as always many of us analyzed and the only reason that most suited the fall is this so called "NO SENSE SUBBU REVENGE TRACK". I was pretty upset and pointed this out on AT's Insta page and found there were many other fans who were upset about the same reason. Any person who enters the creative field must be mentally prepared to accept criticism or learn to ignore them. This very same actor compared his acting to some great acting skills that of KP (Karan Patel) and DT (Divyanka Tripathi) from YHM sets. We have some of the best villains like Ashok (Sangram Singh), Parmeet (Anurag Sharma) and Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) but none of us hated their acting nor commented. In fact I adore these characters as Villains. Then all his interviews which he gave till date tried justified Subbu's actions for no good reason which none of these characters did. Not even KP as Raman or DT as Ishitha.
On Insta, he was again justifying Subbu and also blamed Earth quake sequence for the TRP loss. The sequence which he blamed is one of the best that YHM CVs have given us so far. Everyone acted and emoted like they were caught in nature's fury. They made us cry when Adi got caught, when Ishitha was unconscious, Raman's frantic search for his kids and wife, Ruhi's concern for her Ishima and Adi's guilt. They brought the scene alive to us and most of us watched those couple of episodes many times and cried every time. That was the acting and if am not wrong TRP was around 4.2. It was behind SNS only by 0.7. So now do we blame the CVs for giving us a character like Subbu? Even if Cvs did, why would you justify some of the actions or even act like you hold the script. Some of us asked him if he knew all about TRP system and made it clear that earthquake sequence was a week before, he claims to have not seen a single episode from last week.
Personally if you ask me, I always wanted a Subbu track. Not for revenge drama but to focus on Ishitha's past and her insecurities. But the current track has pushed us all a point to hate YHM and someone's acting. With the rumors of leap lurking around the corner, this kind of a track scares the shit out of me to enjoy the YHM I am used to. CVs, A sincere request try wrapping this character and track once and for all. Give us some happy moments (IshRa centralized track) before we can digest another bitter pill which is the leap. Mr. AT after that you will watch the TRPs soar high and CVs you will also have loyal addicted viewers after the leap.

P.S.S: We are not routing for Shagun and Raman or Ishitha and Subbu. This is just for the earthquake sequence and the present "revenge" track
