Episode 38 : 9 June 2015

If we get out of this place, safe, we will be friends for sure...My hands are tied, can't shake your hands...' quips Kabir Sharma as the episode begins. Has anyone told you, you are beautiful...and your eyes the most beautiful...but these glasses are a misfit...'...

Well Kabir Sharma was on a roll.😃..he moves forward to tug off her glasses with his mouth...hands tied at the back what could he have done... Ananya's heart skipped a few beats for sure..😳.Kabir on the other hand cool as a cucumber.

Ananya is stupefied as Kabir breaks her glasses to pieces. Kabir then asks her to turn around, picks up one of the glass pieces and cuts open the rope that tied her hands together. Ananya realises late what he was trying to do and finds herself free. She moves quickly to untwine the rope that was tied to his hands as they hear footsteps. The door opened and Madhonath breezed in, Kabir stands up his hands untied partially. Madhonath is upset that the movie is getting released. He said it was time for him to show the world what he is capable of. He asked them to be prepared to die.

Finding no other way out, Kabir decides to engage Madhonath in a conversation. He tries to provoke Desu against Madhonath...he genuinely tries to tell them that he will use his connects with the media to bring their story to the world...he will go back and do all that it takes to bring home justice ...All the talk does not move Madhonath, but Desu falls for it.

Taking cue Ananya asks Desu about his family and emotionally goads Desu to speak about his daughter who was killed just after her marriage...he also share stories about all the others who have lost someone or something.

Interestingly Kabir even goes on to say that he will leave Ms. Kashyap with them as a safe bet and return to get them a hearing...Ananya is flabbergasted...'ou would me leave me here an return ????' she couldn't believe her ears...Kabir tells her that was the need of the hour...Samjha karo he tells her hoping to knock some sense...

Well Ananya bhi samajh gaye and hum bhi...Kabir Sharma well done given the circumstance.😃

Kabir Shrewd Sharma manages to engage Madhonath in his own muddle and gets the right opportunity to snatch the pistol from him. One minute we had Madhonath pulling the trigger and the next we have the pistol in Kabir's hand...pointing straight to Madhonath's head.

Kabir asks Ananya to walk out, he calls Desu also and the three of them walk out, with Kabir still pointing the gun to Madhonath's head. They get out and close the door. Desu shows them the way to escape and takes a different route. Kabir Sharma assures Desu that he would abide by all the promises he made a while ago and that only time will be the witness.

A gun is no panacea to all problems...says Kabir Sharma as he hands the gun back to Desu and makes a dash to the jungle with Ms, Kashyap.

Madhonath's men break open the door and follow them.

Scene changes to KKN.

The entire team is waiting for some information. A gloom has descended in the channel office. Khalid gets a call from the producer that he was delaying the release of his film by a week. This brings a ray of hope to all at KKN as Khalid announces the same every one heaves a sigh of relief. Malvika asks the team to air the news. Ronnie consoles Kabir Sharma's brother assures him that all would be well soon. Ananya's brother tells Ronnie that this news was the beginning of better things coming their way. He assures his mother of the same.

In the Jungle Kabir and Ananya are heading towards finding a way. Kabir urges Ananya to run faster. Madhonath's men are after the two. Ananya trips and falls...sprains her foot. Kabir rushes to where she fell tries to help. He tries to stretch her leg ...asking her where it hurt and poor poor Ananya...Guess it hurt her where it would hurt the most...looked like cat got her tongue...she could barely move her head as a NO to his questions...

LOL what a sight it was. MUST WATCH for people who haven't...

As he moves her foot she screams out loud...Kabir's hands stops her from screaming further.

An eye lock moment...a freeze moment...😳

The goons hear her voice and find a direction...The spell breaks in a jiffy as Kabir's ears tune in to approaching footsteps...

If I were to take a minute to laud RK's performance here ...Hats off...what a great actor this man is.👏

He pulls her down with him on the ground, just as the goons come over. They lie still for a moment as Kabir leans over to check. And as he calls out her name she moves closer to him clinging on to his shirt, instinctively his hands hold her shoulders.

And what should I say...time stood still...In came the BG music...and the breeze gently blowing their hair...Was an awesome moment both looking at each other ...close like never before...Only Kabir could do this...he quips "Ms. Kashyap...scared do you hold everyone like this or is it just me..." The me...mujhe was just awesome...again people who haven't watched the episode tune in to this scene and hold your breath.

Kudos to the writers...directors...awesome presentation.👏

Embarrassed Ananya jerks off her hand, looking back at him mortified. He smiles...the ever so enticing smile...the Kabir Sharma smile...

News at KKN...RIcha covers the evening news besides other clips, they also present the delay of the movie release by a week.

The producer comes live on the channel to confirm the rescheduling of the movie release.

Kabir and Ananya trudge along in the jungle...Ananya in pain, finding it hard to walk...she trips and he steadies her...finally she gives up...she says she will not be able to walk...asks Kabir to go on...She said one of them have to reach safety...she urges him to go...And there comes the smile again...Kabir lifts Ananya up in his arms as they cross the jungle...a few furlongs...the humour too comes back...

Ms. Kashyap...want to tell you something...Kahiye she says...Please do something to reduce your weight ...all my heropatni...nikal gayi..." LOL that was hilarious.

Ananya's face was worth a million dollars.😳

Put me down...now...she insists...I was joking ...just joking he assures as he puts her down.

Madhonath and his men find them and Kabir and Ananya back to where they started.

Aur Jaane Se Pehle :

Clouds move on...fog clears its way...

a bright sunny morning follows every dark night...

Sometimes what seems like an end...could be a beginning of sorts.
