I kind of wanted to make this post last night but never came around doing it..Yesterday while watching #JamaiRaja when I heard #Roshni say to her dad that she had been unsuccessful in becoming Sid's best friend a thought struck me and that thought propels me to ask that WHO IS THE REAL SID??...I mean I admit that in his own weird kind of way Sid does love Roshni (weird bcos I don't know what kind of love is this in which a husband keeps his better half in complete darkness as to what is going on his life) but my point is that does Roshni actually know Sid...I mean in all this time Sid has portrayed himself as someone whom Roshni can love...he moulded himself as to how Roshni wanted her life partner to be but in all this Sid actually overlooked a simple fact..he did not show his real self...his real likes and dislikes in front of Roshni and thus Roshni does not know the real Sid at all and that is bound to affect their relation cos whatever Sid may say now there will be a time when he will blame Roshni for the changes he had to bring in him bcos of her and in turn Roshni too would be unable to save their relation bcos she would not know what to do!! She doesn't know Sid well enough and how will she when Sid himself keeps her in darkness most of the times and this would give ample oppurtunities to someone like Misha who knows Sid in and out since his childhood to create a rift between the two..so cupid or no cupid its sad if a wife has to take help from any third person to understand her own husband and her relationship with him...
The most important thing in a relationship between a couple is trust and communication and I don't understand why Sid cannot comprehend this simple fact...doesn't he trust Roshni enough to be with her just the way he is or does he lack communication skills and hence fails to communicate with Roshni as a husband should with his wife Frankly speaking it has been enough and now looks quite repititive when Sid tries to cosset and protect Roshni from the truth...I mean give the girl a chance...Yes I agree she comes from a broken family and has trust issues but she does have a sound and intelligent mind and doesn't lack understanding and whats up with Sid always trying to be a model jamai...for the umpteenth time for being a jamai one needs to be a husband first but I am sorry to say this that Sid has been a total disappointment in that major relation in his life and by the looks of it he just might be super successful in patching up Roshni with her parents but he will definitely lose Roshni Unless Sid communicates and treats Roshni as an equal there will be more Kritikas and Simmis and Mishas coming between him and Roshni
