It's not a matter of being traditional, it's a matter of love and trust.

It will take time because nandini is traditional, but I think she's also very modern in her thoughts, n she basically can't resist Manik... She herself is drawn towards him!

So I doubt she'll wait for that long

That is your assumption! You might think that I think she shouldn't, but the fact is Nandu is a traditional and a shy girl. She is drawn towards him but she could be hesitant about doing IT before marriage. But could still end up doing it as her thinking is modern! She is a blend of modern and traditional. So it would be interesting to see whether she has any such reservations as regards to sex before marriage when it comes to herself as of course she doesn't judge others who would think otherwise.

Yes, she could be hesitant at first but would give in eventually, that's what I feel too.

Hi. I don't think she has any inhibitions about this. She's come from the US, If I am not wrong. That ensures that she has been witness to the ways there. Moral values that her culture taught her are a different thing. But she is a rational person. If not having sex before marriage is illogical to adhere to (which it is) , why would she do that? I don't think the question even arises. Hence my comment up there. She doesn't have to abstain because she's shown to be a bit demure or if she belongs to a certain part of India. Not every "modern" girl has to dress up or behave like Mukti or Alya. It's a personal trait, personal choice. And if she does have sex, why would we judge her? So there is no point in talking about this, in my opinion. I hope you don't mind. :)

Moreover this is Manik we are talking about. The kind of bond MaNan have is a rare phenomenon and even they know its intensity. If she is shown to hesitate when the time comes, I don't think that will be because of any traditions or values. It wil only be because she'd feel a bit shy baring herself to Manik which is natural for most people. We don't feel confident about our bodies.

Nope, I never said wearing clothes like Mukti and Alya automatically puts you into "modern" category. Modern means much more and it's not about donning western clothes.

Hmmm but I agree she may be shown to shy away at first but eventually give in. And that as you say may not stem from being traditional as she's had a modern and rationale outlook towards life.

Modern doesn't mean skimpy clothes your thinking matters...I love Charlie chauhan but if you see she is shown wearing so short clothes in the show which is for her character and its nothing wrong in it but she said in an iv that she has a no kissing clause in her contract that means she is not so comfortable doing such scenes which is completely fine ...she has full right to make her choices...but for an eg a girl who wears so short clothes is not comfortable in kissing scenes that shows every girl can have modern thinking in different way...coming to your post for the show about Nandini...though she's shy n traditional but her thinking is quite forward ...she even fought for navya n she did keep a point that many of them do it n it is just that navya got targeted...she very clearly said doing it or not is an individual choice...so I don't think she is against doing it ...but when it comes to herself manek is the first person in his life she has not experience such thing earlier n she is nive to such things and is also very shy...but she does feel getting close to manek but somehow is shy...well I have two minds of her losing her virginity before marriage...if we go thinking wise she can do it but going by her shy personality I think she won't...on other hand if we see Manan have already had 2 full fledged kiss onscreen that too at very high point of the storyline where it was highly needed ...whether it was musicana opening night or their confession scene which came after lot of hurdles and breakups...but now the way story is going I don't think kiss will come to justify a high point...I don't think Manan will have so high point or drama that kiss will be watched out for ...(though we will love if they show one!!!!!!!)...kisss will be a big cliche...but a make out scene will be something which we will surely look upon ...so if cvs show a make out scene it will be interesting to watch the circumstance and the story behind the make out scene...so I think they can show namdini doing it ...n if it happens I'll love to see it lol ...
