The Nawab Saif Ali Khan and his Begum Kareena Kapoor spent five days in Gaafu Alifu Atoll, a historical land known as the 'ancestral abode of kings', in Maldives. They flew back to Mumbai yesterday. Joining them on the island vacation were Saif's son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, and newlyweds Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu. Kunal took to social media once they touched down to express his joy with the super hit song from Salman Khan's Judwaa: "Tan tana tan tan tan tara... #deepseadiving #blue #beach #tan #paradise (sic)."
Kareena and Saif hit the beach in matching white ensembles, while Soha instagrammed: "Three flights and a speedboat ride later, here we are - in one of the deepest atolls in the Indian Ocean!! Paradise.. #tranquillity (sic)." And Kareena and Saif headed out to Maamendhoo, one of the least inhabited islands in Maldives, for some 'alone' time. They brunched at a restaurant in the famous, live sea fish market and visited Hukuru Miskiy, the oldest Friday mosque in the country made entirely of coral. The two ladies soaked in the sunlight, clicking pictures of the infinity pool at their resort, while the men stayed underwater.
They have already decided their next holiday destination, South London, next month, with rock climbing in Bermondsey!
