Btw, you didn't mention coke, pepsi etc. They contain the best preservative of all- phosphoric acid.

Eat natural whole foods. Even healthy juice extracts like amla juice contain sodium benzoate which converts to carcinogenic benzene on exposure to Vitamin C and we all know amla is full of Vitamin C.

No wonder Sun Pharma man Dilip Singhvi is the richest Indian. If people stop consuming A1 toxic milk, packaged foods and GM foods, 90% of pharma will be out of business.

Actors does influence a person in choosing a product ...At one point I was obsessed with SRK I use to buy all the things he endorsed ..Thank God I am over it now
