he for some reason probably see's more potential in aneek than mussarat thus hyping aneek more, which is unfair for mussarat

Yes but Aneek is not at fault. I want to make this clear. He did not tell HR to hype Mussurat less.

Very true! HR likes Aneek more than Musarrat and sees a potential winner in Aneek. this is basic human nature. It is how Bappida likes mauli more than Sumedha, and ID likes Poonam more than Amanat.
