While what you're saying is true, I think it actually makes sense for Kabir to have known about their marriage all along.
I mean why would he have randomly mentioned about a prank marriage to Radha's parents? Why would he have assigned LD as Radha's security in chief? How did Kabir know that Radha would be at LD's house, more importantly, how did Kabir know where LD lives? Kabir is creepy and capable to sniffing out private information so I'm. pretty sure he did his background check on Radha too. He wanted Radha and LD to admit it to him that they're married but since they didn't, he's being a selfish cow and punishing her for choosing to lie to him.
