Aman and Ragini are having dinner at Ragini's house, they talk about Neeshi. Aman says that the younger generation is showing signs of depression very easily. Aman suggests to Ragini that she should prove to Neeshi is that life is beautiful. He asks her to allow Neeshi to talk to Neil. Ragini refuses. Aman tells her that when she was asking Neeshi to forget and move forward, why can't she do the same.
Neil talks to Suhaani about Karthik and the trip. Suhaani says that she has cancelled the trip as Neil didn't seem comfortable with it.
Ragini is alone in her room, she ponders over what Aman had told her. She remembers all the bitter verbal exchanges with Neil. But finally she calls Neil. Neil's assistant answers and says that Neil is busy with his 'favourite girl' and that he's busy. (😡 Can't she say 'daughter'!)
Neil tells Suhaani that he would take her on a nice vacation. Neil asks his assistant who called. The lady tells him that it was someone who addressed him Nachi something'. Neil understands that it's Ragini.
Aman comes into Ragini's room where she tells that she tried calling Neil but it was of no use. Aman leaves and Ragini starts crying.
RK calls Pam on video conference. Pam asks about his wedding. RK says the date is not fixed. RK tries flirting with Pam She asks him to stop. RK tells her that Devika read Pam's SMS and was upset.
Agam comes to Pam's room, Devika comes to RK's room. Both don't reveal whom they were talking to. (Why on earth is RK trying to cheat Devika? 😡)
Aman is about to leave Ragini's house when Badi Nani as usual shouts at him. Ragini comes out, Aman suggests that Neeshi and Jignesh should be taken to a marriage counsellor.
Ragini comes to Neeshi's room and tries to wake her up, but Neeshi doesn't wake up. Ragini finds that Neeshi has slit her wrist and is unconscious. 😲
Neeshi is rushed to the hospital and taken to the Operation Theatre. While Ragini waits outside, she tells her mom and Sunny that she failed to understand her daughter. Ragini's mom tries to console her. Ragini continues to cry.
Neil calls Suhaani, Agam and Pam asks them to get ready and come out. He asks Suhaani to invite Karthik too. They go to the place where Ranbir is working.
Aman comes out and tells Ragini that Neeshi is fine. Aman also says that Neeshi was constantly murmuring 'dad' while in the OT.
Neil goes to his room and picks up his family pic. He throws it into the drawer and tries to leave when his coat gets stuck in it. Then he remembers young Neeshi asking him not to leave her and go. He puts it out of his mind and leaves.
At Ranbir's hospital Neil announces that the hospital is going to be run by another organisation.( It's supposed to be a big achievement. 😆) Neil also says that the credit also goes to Dr Ranbir. Neil calls out for Ranbir but he's nowhere to be seen. Agam goes to look for him.
Precap: Ragini is in Neeshi's room, talking to herself about how she has failed as a mom, how her own kids hate her etc etc
