Notice how other judges keep on praising other contestants, but when it comes to Bappi da's gharana, there is ALWAYS some marks missing for both the girls. Even when both these girls sings the best, they get to hear "you can improve, etc" comments.

Think about it. Bappi da had to take this step today since both of his students were in bottom two. It was more of a "im pissed of by these (biased) judges, who never speak a word of praise for my two girls" rather than a biased view towards mauli alone.

Seriously, im in no way trying to defend Bappi da. Infact im only defending sumedha here; that she's even BETTER singer in bappi da's eyes than mauli. That is why he chose her to record a song with and not mauli.

U may have a point yet his words were wrong he said without mouli there is no him(bappi lahri)...So if he was trying to make a point he should have said it that he was upset with the result ofboth his participants, the judges, n viewers mainly yet he was quiet till the result n after Moulis speech. Which was stating he was expecting Sumi tobe out

when bappi said he quit cuz of mauli, i felt sorry for sumedha as she just looked down and was not making any eye contact

bappi should leave the show!!!, afterall he took a shot at Zee by saying their trps will decrease. hope he gets blacklisted from the channel.

This is pure TV drama - I am sure the producers have asked Bappi to behave like this...the publicity is worth it especially for the foreign viewers...typical ratings stunt...but all aside, its a real cheap shot at not only Sumedha but the other young singers who are now tasting a bit of the bad side of the Indian music industry. The honeymoon is over! Good riddance to Mauli and it wont be a such a bad thing if Bappi Lahiri leaves too...
