Ranbir Kapoor is no longer denying that he is in love but he says that it certainly hurts when people talk about his lady love negatively. The actor believes that Katrina has brought about a certain steadiness in his life. "When you fall in love and the other person thinks about you all the time and is a better person in every way than you, then you definitely learn a lot from them. Be it the way she makes coffee, or the way she breathes or does yoga or work or even her thoughts, she is better than me and she is teaching me to be a better person," Ranbir says.Elaborating further, Ranbir adds, "I have learnt a lot from her. She has taken me on the right path." Now that Bombay Velvet has been a box-office dud, there are report that the actor has not been concentrating on his career seriously as he is busy concentrating on his personal life. Quiz him about it and he says, "When I did films like Wake Up Sid, Rock Star, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, I was concentrating on my personal life too, but it didn't affect my films, the films did well. Now unfortunately, my films didn't do well but that doesn't mean that I am busy concentrating on my personal life. I am not on any social networking site and I don't contradict the news but I dilute my attention to my work." The actor says he has decided not to take these things seriously in life. "I will try to protect my personal life. When people talk about my life, it's because of my showmanship they want to know what is going on in my life, what my mom thinks of my girlfriend or when my father asks me whether I have had my food or not etc. That's because they are interested. I feel bad when they write negative things. I don't let it affect me. But when someone talks about the films I have not signed, like there were reports that I have read a book named The Outsider and will be doing a film, which is completely wrong. They had mentioned that they overheard me talking about it which is what hurt me more," he adds. While he has put his box-office failures behind his back, he is looking forward to his forthcoming release. Speaking about the same, he says, "I have completed shooting for Imtiaz Ali's Tamasha. Then there's Jagga Jasoos, which has been delayed and there's still 60 to 70 days of shoot left. I can't tell you what kind of a film it was as we didn't get a script. Anurag used to tell us what to do on the sets and we used to go and shoot and have lunch and fun. It's a musical and detective film somewhat on the lines of Indiana Jones. Tamasha is not actually a love story and it's Imtiaz Ali kind-of-film and he's gone deeper. The story is new. It is a slice of life film.
