Today episode was a very good one. Let me give a short update on Friday's episode before coming to today's episode...

Ayaan saving the day for AK with Disha, by covering up for him on how AK got to know about gola eating. Each passing day, AK is feeling more & more grateful to Ayaan. Guess Ayaan falling from graces would happen when he reaches highest esteem in AK's eyes. Until then, let Ayaan enjoy the ride ;)
So Disha does know about AK blocking Ram's much deserved recognition and fame, no wonder she feels so strongly against him. M & M looked very suspicious when Aarav & Disha caught the visiting musicians playing Ram's music. Disha used choicest of words against her grandfather, I kind of found it unrealistic that kids would know and remember all the music composed by their father, but I guess this particular piece is created by Ram as a b'day gift for Anu (as shown in FB) makes it more believable. Good to see Disha remembering the love shared by her parents, though at the end of the scene she reverted back to her usual dialogue about her father killing her mom.

Highlight of the episode was Ram - Ayaan confrontation.. Sad to see Ram questioning the motive of Ayaan, but it is a very valid doubt. The actor playing Ayaan was good when he gave the stunned expression for Ram's accusation of being AK's chamcha. But I wasn't much convinced with his arguments, the arguments were as such good enough to convince Ram why he needs to fight his case instead of giving up (Ayaan mocking at Ram on how he must be enjoying prison food, leaving his kids at AK's care, and also how Disha hates him & Aarav would forget him over a period of time). But I didn't hear much arguments to prove that he is not working for AK's interest. Anyway, seems like Ram is getting convinced of Ayaan's genuinity.

Coming to Monday Episode, Ayaan's arguments continued with he talking about coming to know of Ram fulfilling Anu's wishes and by going to prison, how Ram not fulfilling Anu's last wish (of taking care of kids). It is good to hear Ayaan talking sense, Ram needed to hear them, as his so called best friend failed to make Ram see the truth and consequences of giving up.

It was funny to see AK justifying himself to Disha for blocking Ram's growth by claiming that Ram in the end proved his unworthiness by killing Anu. Funny logic indeed, you keep punishing someone for decades claiming that at some time in future they will commit a crime that will justify the punishment they received in advance ;). Our smart Disha proves to be totally dumb when it comes to her father.. I would expect a loyal daughter to blame back AK saying by blocking her father's success, he ensured that her mother couldn't receive the best treatment money can buy and indirectly her grandfather becomes responsible for her mother's death.

GFN Karan back to confuse Ram's mind, thankfully Ram didn't listen to him this time, Ram is convinced of Ayaan and his intentions. It could also be that Ram might have realised that whenever he listened to Karan's stupid advices, he found himself in more trouble.

Ram narrating the sequences of events to Ayaan ending with Anu pulling the plug herself, Ayaan totally melted by Ram's love & devotion, vowing to get him freed. Nice set of FBs, it pained to see Anu die even in FB.

Now Ram and Ayaan both are firm in their decisions, glad to see that. Ayaan not getting wavered by his mother's emotional blackmail. But I see some logic in his mother's POV, there can be any other lawyer who can help Ram, but Ayaan is one who is indebted to AK.

Sooraj and his wife smartly deflecting Disha's questioning, I won't put it past for Disha to expose Ayaan to AK if she comes to know about Ayaan representing Ram. Disha talking about taking care of Aarav being her aim and not combining studies, but how is she plan to take care of Aarav if she is not developing any life skills?

Ayaan enquiring at the hospital, the nurse who attended Anu talking of Ram's immense love for Anu, isn't it the same nurse who blamed Ram of trying to kill Anu once before Anu actually died? Didn't she consider Ram's love when she accused him to police? Delayed sense indeed..

Lot of viewers had this query on why Anu & Ram didn't take kids (especially Disha) into confidence before about Anu's wish of peaceful death. I always thought there was a logic in Anu not wanting to inform the kids as it wouldn't have been as easy to convince Disha as it was with Ram (as it was, Anu had Ram wrapped up in her little finger, Disha would have been a different story altogether). With the nurse telling about Anu's letter to Disha, my thinking seems to be that of makers too, Anu did decide to explain the situation to Disha, but posthumously.. But where did the letter go? Who got hold of it? Disha and Aarav lived in the same house atleast for another 2 weeks, how did they not receive it? Interesting mystery for Ayaan to unravel..

Precap : Ayaan trying to find out about the letter from Disha, AK telling Ayaan about him attending the court proceedings. I am sure either Ayaan or Sooraj would make sure he doesn't attend. It is still not time for AK to know about Ayaan's truth, as I said before he will come to know when his esteem & love for Ayaan is at its peak, probably after Ayaan convinces Disha to address AK as Nana ;).

Thank you, Geetha for the take. Appreciate the efforts. Yes, we're getting closer to the court case with Ram agreeing to fight the case and Ayaan investigating. It seems that Ram is trusting Ayaan more on the basis of his instinct rather than any argument that Ayaan put across. It happens to us in real life too at times...sometimes, a person may have no motive to harm us and yet we are not able to trust that person while we may be able to trust someone just purely on instinct though we have no reason to. Remember Ram telling Mr Goon that he saw the honesty on Ayaan's face when Mr Goon warns him against Ayaan.

The kids should remember that particular tune because it's a special one. And Disha isn't going to cut her grandfather any slack. He did do everything to make sure that Ram never did well in his music career. The man seems to be talking about his great love for his daughter...where did this love go when he was doing everything in his power to ruin his daughter's home indirectly? Or did he think his daughter Anu was shallow enough to leave Ram and come back to him if the finances weren't good? The man needs some sense knocked into him.

Disha needs to put on her thinking cap too. Not once is she wondering why her father did what he was supposed to have done? Even if she believes in it, why isn't her mind curious enough to question this belief? Ayaan probably isn't emotionally involved in this situation and hence is able to see more objectively.

Wonder what happened to the letter Anu wrote to Disha? Hope its not MIA. Anu is clever...I guess she did forsee issues of trust cropping up after her death and sent the letter through the nurse. It also shows that Anu was responsible and knew her children deserved to know the truth. Hopefully the M and M duo haven't got a hold of this letter!

The sequence of FBs which Ram explained to Ayaan were touching. We can safely say Mr Goon and Ayaan both had a hand in making Ram realise he needs to fight. Wish Disha was a part of this...but am sure the creative have a reason for this. Ayaan's mom is justified in feeling the way she does...if she readily accepted Ayaan fighting Ram's case, it would have been unrealistic. Now hoping Disha keeps her anger and her rantings to herself and doesn't spoil things for Ram and Ayaan.

Now it makes sense why Ram and Anu never told Disha about Anu wanting to die. You are right, Geetha...Disha would never have agreed to this. But the letter to Disha posthumously written makes perfect sense and a good move on Anu's part. But shouldn't the letter have reached Disha by now...it's obvious the letter is missing or with someone other than Disha. Otherwise this whole matter of Ram ending up in prison might have not happened or things might have taken a different turn.

Looks like we're going to see a court case soon. Maybe Mr AK will not come to court now...Suraj or Ayaan may prevent him somehow. Ram may get bail, perhaps? Then Mr Kapoor will find out and all hell will break loose! Hope Disha is not a part of Camp Anand Kapoor!!! She needs to be redeemed by the creatives.

Suganthi,

Yes, you are right, Ram is trusting Ayaan based on his instincts. In a way Ram only agreed for legal representation for a chance to see his kids, not with any real willingness to fight for his freedom, but now Ayaan's impassioned speech (and also the constant pushing of our dear Mr. Goon) made Ram realise the error of his ways in accepting the crime. If not for Ayaan's speech, Ram would have just gone with the flow of the case, would have never actively helped Ayaan by revealing the complete truth.

Yes, the occasion for which Ram created the tune makes it believable for the kids to remember it. Wonder how those 2 guys got hold of Ram's tune.. I initially thought Manav might have got hold of the file containing Ram's music notes, and passed on to those people, but the file is shown to be with Disha.

Hahhaha, yes AK seems to have expected his beloved daughter to be shallow ;). On a serious note, I can even understand this man cutting off all the ties with Anu, but purposely destroying Ram's career and inturn make Anu struggle for life's niceties, it is not love, it is hatred and cruelty at their peak. I so wish to see AK getting grilled by Ayaan in the witness stand during the court proceedings, about his part in making Ahujas financially struggle, how he sent off Any when she came to meet him and also how he refused to listen to Ram when he came to beg for money,. I would love to see this man squirm infront of courtful of public and press.

Yes, Anu was always shown to be more level headed than Ram, that's why she had foreseen the possible issues in the future and sent the letter. Now the big question is who has the letter, is it possible that the letter is still in some letterbox at the society? I think this letter is not going to be found s easily. As per articles, Ram will get bail, meet Disha and explain the circumstances of Anu's death, I don't think the letter would be found till then. Maybe the letter would only be found at a very crucial moment when Ram's case in serious need of a solid proof (after lot of tense moments).

Disha is really getting on my nerves, especially when she patently listened to AK talking about how he is right in hating Ram from the beginning. I think most teenagers (even elders) doesn't like to be proven wrong, but after Disha's vehement defence of her father in front of AK and police during Anu's funeral (& aftermath) she got the biggest shock that her father is indeed a culprit, and she feels ashamed of herself for defending him so strongly.
