Baldev gulped nervously as he stood outside the door of his bedroom.Finally the night had arrived,and he was scared as hell if things would turn out the right way or not.

He had plans ofcourse.Finally he had been able to come up with some awesome ideas.And his useless friends had come of some help too.They did not dishearten him too much after all.The initial ideas were too -..He was not quite sure too 'what' they actually were,but he had not liked them.Or maybe his heart had not accepted them.And ofcourse he was always following his heart in whatever decisions he took in his life.It was very rarely that he listened to his mind.Like for example,if he had listened to his mind,he would have rejected this new idea as well.But Baldev Singh considered his heart's approval and agreed with it after all.It was not that he was not a bit nervous about it..Okay,he was nervous more than a bit really..Okay fine,he was nervous more than normal..Hell!He was damn nervous as hell!

If he could help it,he would have turned round and left!

To where Baldeva???

A voice spoke out from somewhere,and he nearly yelped out in surprise,looking around for the source of the voice.He could not see anyone around after all.

He sighed out in relief and was taking a step towards the destined closed door behind which she would be waiting..

He cursed out as he jumped out of his skin again.Who the hell was that scaring the life out of him!What did he want?!!

I am your well wisher Baldeva..

The voice said in a sing song tone,and again he could not find the source of the voice.

"Oye kaha chupa hai tu-..??

[Hey where are you hiding-..?]"He called out impatiently,when..

Shhhshhh!!!People are going to think you are crazy if you talk aloud!I am inside your head Baldeva..I am here to give you courage..I am your confidence..Since you seem to have lost me,I am speaking to give you the boost you need..

This time he actually touched his head,and then realised it was all his imagination.His nervousness had created this strange voice,and-..

I can hear you..You are hurting my feelings Baldeva..

He cursed aloud,and without another thought strode forward and barged into the room.

THUD!!!

Veera jumped off her skin as the door opened with a loud bang,and stared in confusion as it was closed with equal vigor.

She frowned from her sitting position on the bed,wondering what had gotten into him.She was about to ask him aloud,when he turned to face her,and took a step back,as if in surprise.

"Ki hua Baldeva?!Tu mainu vekhke aise chauk kiu gaya?!Saab thik to hai na?

[What happened Baldev?!Why did you get startled by seeing me?!Is everything alright?]"She quickly started getting down from the bed,as he looked more shocked at the sound of her voice,and simultaneously the frown on her forehead deepened further.

Without a further thought she started walking towards him standing by the closed door,his face a pale mask of tension,and her worry escalated in folds.

Baldev took another step as he saw her walking towards him..

The tinkle of her bangles as she walked along with her faint perfume,already made him feel dizzy,as he felt the need within him want to claw out..

Her maroon and golden lehenga along with the complete wedding attire nearly took his breath away.. She looked ethereal..Mesmerizing..Exquisite..Angelic..And..And concerned..And ..She was not supposed to be strutting towards him like this was she?

His..His plan would not work if she was not the usual bride..Who sits quietly on the bed with long ghunghat covering her face..Brides do not walk upto the bridegroom like this,do they???

She was going to spoil his plan,if she..

Told you bro,this wasn't your usual bride you are marrying..She would not be following the norms..Now you are trapped aren't you?

"Kaab bola tha oye?!!

[When did you say that?!!]"He hissed out angrily making Veera look more surprised as she stopped a foot away from him.

"Baldeva???Ki kaab bola tha???Tainu ho ki gaya hai??!!!

[Baldeva???What was said when???What has happened to you??!!!]"

Baldev flushed in discomfort as he cursed under his breath at his own stupidity..It was one thing to know yourself that you have gone half nuts and are hearing voices inside his head,and another thing to show the proof infront of his brand new Inquisitive bride of a few hours..

If he did not control himself,he was sure he would be spending his awaited Suhaag Raat in a Mental Asylum ofcourse going by his bride's too helpful nature,she would be the one to take him there.She would insist that it was a psychiatric treatment he needed,and he was not going to be able to do anything about it or oppose her like always.

He cursed loudly this time as he could clearly hear the arrogant sniggering from inside his mind..He was laughing at the situation he had put him into was he,that son of a-..

"Baldev..???"He was brought back to the reality by her voice again,and quickly took control of the awkward situation.

He stood up straight again,and walked towards her.

"Kuch nahi Veerakhdi..Mainu ki hoga?Main to bilkul change hun..Vekh..

[Nothing Veerakhdi..What will happen to me?I am perfectly alright..Look..]"As he twirled infront of her to show him he was in perfect form,he saw the frown on her brows deepen further..And he was sure he was losing control again,that is if he ever had things under control.

He quickly stopped twirling,and pulled her towards the bed..

"Achcha wo saab chadd.Tu iththe baith.

[Okay leave everything.You sit here.]"He made her sit up on the bed,as much as like a bride would..Although brides did not usually hang their legs by the side of the bed,or frown like some inquisitive detective or chew their full bottom lip like this so that he felt more like-..

He controlled the wild thoughts again,when the impossible girl he had married proved again she was ready to make things as hard as was possible.

"Par kiu???

[But why???]"She asked moving her head to one side,so that her long earings made some more soft tinkling noise,and his heart beat escalated.

She licked her full rosy colored bottom lip,as she suddenly pulled him closer by holding onto his collar..

"Bol na Baldeva..Kiu???

[Tell me Baldeva..Why??]"He gulped down a knot of tension as he looked down at the soft rosy lips so close to his,as he stood in his half bent position as she held his golden sherwani's collar.

Was he imagining it,or did they look more juicier than usual..He wanted to taste them so so so badly right then..He wanted to do so much..

And without thinking anymore he started lowering his suddenly hungry lips to hers..
