Perpetually picture perfect, Kareena Kapoor Khan seems to have conquered it all, from being a regular at the 100-crore club to having worked with all of the industry's leading actors - The actress has also pioneered trends in fashion and style in the country, be it her iconic looks in her films, which find themselves exhibited at the Madame Tussauds Museum, to many popular.
While Kareena put the size zero trends on the Indian map, she was the first to effortlessly shift from high street fashion to demure Indian in her looks onscreen that spanned her various blockbusters. While her looks in Jab We Met, Bodyguard, 3 Idiots and Golmaal went on to set trends with her outfits becoming a subject of heated conversation in locker rooms and finding their way to college campuses, her film Heroine had over 19 brands associate with the film. It now so happens that the actress' popularity may be working in the benefit of the film. Sources reveal that while a few images of Kareena's look in Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Udta Punjab have leaked online, they seem to have caught the attention of a few biggies in the brand world who have approached the makers of the films for an exclusive tie-up. While the film's marketing team pro-actively looks for brands to associate with it, it is quite the opposite in this case, thanks of the immense popularity of a few of Kareena's looks that have found themselves online.
Confirming the same, a source says, "Indo-western clothing brands and Indian apparel brands too have been reaching out to the makers for exclusively tie-ups. They are keen to associate with Kareena and have her sport a few of their looks as most her outfits inevitably go on to set trends".
