hmmmmmm.... come to think of it, apart from a handful of fleeting mentions, book 6 shows NO TRACE of SPEW.. in fact.. i've even forgotten what spew STANDS FOR lol....

so... what DID happen to SPEW...?

Good question.....I can remember how fanatical Hermione was about the SPEW thing and it was such a big hype....then a few chapters later, it was forgotten and now it is hardly ever mentioned.

I reckon there are more pressing matters to resolve rather than be a SPEW founder and member. 😃 😆

yeah.good question.hermione was madly in love with elfs during her fifth year.and now its fogotten.but good thing.i din like it neways.always talking abt spew 😆 moreover.they have more things to think about.afterall they r busy with their studies and above that all harry's problems.and now, dumbledore's death.i dont think she will recall abt the society any more

yes, hopefully, for her sake and that of the elves... her memory should be wiped clean of SPEW... at least until HARRY completes his mission!

She should concentrate about promoting and uplifting her relationship with Ron rather than worry about little elves. 😆 😆 😆

LOL! Well tell u what i think hermione was so busy thinking about whether she likes ron or not that she completely forgot about SPEW!

ACTUALLY COME TO THINK OF IT ...IN THE 6 TH BOOK WHEN HARRY SENDS DOBBY AND THT OTHER HOUSELF TO GO AND SPY ON DRACO AND WHEN THEY COME BACK AND DOBBY GIVES MOST OF THE INFO HARRY WAS LIKE THANKS DOBBYBUT THEN HERMIONE WAS LIKE THT HOUSELF..( I FORGOT HIS NAME) ALSO DID A GR8 JOB...
