Tanu Weds Manu Returns Director Keen To Cast Salman Khan

There was a buzz in the past that Salman Khan will be seen playing the role of a dwarf in a film directed by Aanand L Rai. However, the buzz never turned into a reality and it was supposed that Sallu Bhai backed out of the project as the 'dwarf' aspect of the role was leaked. Nevertheless, Aanand L Rai is again keen to convince Salman for the same film and the Tanu Weds Manu Returns director seems to be confident this time.
One leading publication quoted the film-maker saying, "I will try again to convince Salman, work hard, struggle and let's see where this takes me. I met Salman while I was scripting the film. It was a very initial stage". He further adds, "Every director has a right to go to his actor and inform him about the story and how it is progressing. Not just for a film, even other ways, a director should bond with his or her actors, know more about them. So, I would like to sit with my actors, talk to them, understand them thoroughly and then work on the script." Well, we are super impressed by Aanand L Rai's Tanu Weds Manu Returns and hope that the director is able to impress Salman Khan as well.
