i think dr.keerti must b fiance of shubhankar.. bcz in yesterdays episode.. remember shubhankar was telling 2 keerti dat i remembered our interns day,may b he dey both love each other but dere personal n proffesional life r separate dats y ... i think this can b happen as sapna loves shubhankar.. but she doesnt know dat he also loves her or not i think he is already married or may b enagaged 2 keerti or somebody else?
