Who is current creative head of Mtv and kyy?

As far as I know Vikas quit job of creative head of Mtv. Because he wanted to concentrate on his lostboys production house. Then who is current creative head of Mtv? Besides this Vikas Gupta and Richa Yamini were joint creative heads of kyy. Is Richa still part of kyy? If yes, then please can anybody tell me how to contact her? If not, then who is creative head? Because I want to convey my message not to do reentry of pandit. Please, if anybody knows, then reply. Btw if Vikas is still creative head of Mtv, I will not convey my message to him. Because I think he doesn't care about kyy anymore due to his show Warrior High. I am just interested to know how will I contact creative head of kyy to convey my message.
