She made her in-laws realize the importance of education, awareness and why child marriage is a sin. She brought a change in the mentality of people who believed girls are a burden and they aren't fit for education and only meant to do house work. She brought revolution in the thought process of many. She is definitely one of the best iconic bahus on Indian TV.

True Anandi did indeed bring a change . On the surface she is very much a bahu but she had a vision which was not limited to family alone but included the society around her.

All thanks to Anandi we had more female leads who had goals and aspirations.

Anandi showed how to stand up for the defenceless people and for that one doesn't need education money or power but just belief in one self.
