Haha, yeah, that was cheesey, but I think it's true. Remember when Anu pretty much rip Emon apart for Paan Banaras wala? I think Emon was crying after that, and Puja had to comfort him 😕

But when Javed was being an idiot and telling him he sounded like Sonu, not only did he not cry, he came back later and gave that outstanding Dilbar Mere performance!

Now Javed said to his face that he'll never succeed, and Emon didn't shed a single tear. Yup, our sweet littel Emon has become a man! 😛

I think next week if he gets eliminated as he receives the lowest number of votes, his journey video will only consist of the insults he has received. Personally with him leaving I too will not be keenly interested in the show. I don't see the point of watching a competition where I already know who is better. I will just watch the Finals to see my Emon rock the stage again.

That would be a good way to break the poor kid's spirit more than they already have. "Hey, now that you've been unfairly voted off, let's watch repeats of how the judges always picked on you despite being one of the best contestants"

I'm definitely going to stop caring if Emon leaves next week. In my opinion, the only way to have a good finale now is to have Emon v. Amit- the two best going head to head. Either one of them against Prashant is going to be a repeat of Sandeep v. Karunya, and I won't be entirely surprised if the less deserving one wins again.

I think we can find some comfort in the fact that Anu Mallik really likes Emon, and he'll probably find some way to get him a record deal anyway😊

I don't think that will happen. Anu Malik never keeps up to his promises. But I would love it if he himself gives Emon a chance to sing a duet with his daughter. I think Emon will complete his education and then pursue a career in singing. I know the guy is a fighter and will definitely work on all that he has been criticized for. I am pretty sure that like Karunya, we will hear Emon singing in a movie too but maybe after 2/3 years.

well, maybe you're right, but either way, Emon has proven that he's got both a love for music and a fighting spirit, so I highly doubt that it's the last we'll be seeing of him

And now...have u noticed...as I have...how strong this little man really is??From the time he was dubbed over-confident...to the time he was accused of "intentionally" copying Sonu....This little guy...comes back every time...beats all odds....and despite his height 😉...stands tall and brave....While watching the last episode...I was wondering...Gosh...how did he do so well (remember dibar mere?) after all those harsh and intentionally negative comments by JA?? He is just this indomitable spirit...whom no matter how much you try to snuff...rekindles itself and comes back with a bang...appreciated by the judges or not!!And then when I watched the Elimination Episode....I knew....Emon is already a winner....standing there with Mom in audience....being wished "ill"...by a stalwart of the industry...by Padmasree Javed Akhtar....being told 'you'll never live your dreams'.....and yet....he stands tall, brave and from what I know...comes back a few hours later...to again...sing well...sing damn well....Indian Idol says it's in search of not only a singer but for someone who has it all...and to me...Emon has it all...He sings well....he performs well (my opinion against JA's doesn't count...I know...but I still think he is a performer alrite)..., he is fun, he is lovable, he is cool, he is chilled out, he is mast...he has this indomitable spirit.....

And his attitude....I absolutely love it!! After all....Emon is a rockstar....not a meek-star....For me Emon is already a winner...my Indian Idol!!

Dear all, please do not think negative, vote him the whole night till saturday morning till we hear he is in top too. BE POSITIVE. He will surely shine in music industry, it may take some times as he is so young. TKS

Sure, Emon is the most deserving and a promising playback singer. everyone who wants to listren to good music should vote for him.
