Disha is seriously getting onto my nerves, she was like a headless chicken today, confusing herself and Ayaan while searching for Aarav. Maybe I should attribute her behaviour to the huge tension, but somehow her expression didn't convince me that she was really boggled with worry for Aarav, I could see only an irritating attitude. And she rejecting Ayaan's help, how much bigger her ego can get!! She is really too much, what did she has against Ayaan? That poor guy was just volunteering his help in searching Aarav. If she has so much ego, why is she eating the food provided by Mr. Kapoor, why didn't she insist that she would only eat if she can do some manual labour in exchange of food.. It seems like her ego is only good for big talks. Btw, wonder where did she get money for paying the taxi.. The actor playing Ayaan was impressive today, his handling of Disha was good in both the scenes. And when he was getting the custody papers typed, his melancholy expression was good, he was recollecting Mr, Kapoor telling he wants to ensure that Ram can never come back to the kids' lives. Hope Ayaan begins to understand that it is not love for the kids that makes Mr. Kapoor tick, but the hatred of Ram.

Disha is 17 and half years? Didn't expect that.. In that case, anyway Mr, Kapoor cannot hold onto the kids in another 6 months. What is the point in custody papers?

I am liking Ayaan more after his ever-ready smile is wiped off ;).

Surprised that Disha didn't think of Aarav going out to meet his dad, that was the most obvious possibility.

Aarav was as usual a cutie pie. his talks with his father's pic was sad, but cute. And he talking about missing his dad and the happiness in the possible meeting with him, just so adorable. Wonder whether it is a good thing that he told about his grandfather to the goons, if he had not told, would they have let him go? Or he would have become another of the child beggars?

I don't see any serious worry in any of the Kapoor house residents, the exception being Sooraj. Mr. Kapoor was doing all he can, but he didn't look too worried, I guess he would have been more upset if the kids go with Ram ;)

The way Ram comes to know about Aarav running away, interesting idea. His goon friend is very resourceful, Ram still doesn't want to live, but he perked up with the possibility of talking with his kids.

The Ram Vs Kapoor scene. Ram once again stood up against the mighty Kapoor, again for his kids. Good scene, it is boring to hear Mr. Kapoor's version of 'how dare you'. It was nice to see Ram threatening his FIL (for a change ;)). But I have a bad feeling about the timing of the call, The police inspector just asked Mr. Kapoor when he has doubts on anybody. I won't put it past Mr. Kapoor to blame Ram and his goon friend for engineering Aarav's abduction :(.

Disha got a glimpse of Aarav in the van, but I think she & Ayaan would lose track of the van.

Precap : Disha & Ayaan chasing (& possibly losing track of) the van and Aarav among his abductors in some deserted place.

Hope this kidnap track gets winded up soon, and there is some solid purpose to this track. Hope both Ram and Ayaan get a kick in the gut at the end of this track and realise their priorities.

I agree that Disha is getting irritating. But I also agree with the view that being a teenager and having undergone so much in her life, her reaction is somewhat justified. She is bitter and added to that is the fact that she has a misplaced send of self-pride and respect. Misplaced because she doesn't realise that there are times when she needs to accept help graciously. And yes, many teenagers don't like to listen to advice, they do feel they know best. Disha is no different.

I loved Ayaan today because he managed to shut Disha up! Hehe... And he talked perfect sense when he shouted at Disha. And the irritating smile is gone...replaced by a guy who made perfect sense today in the words he spoke to Disha. He told her what we all feel...Disha needs to put her ego aside and realise that there are other people who also care for Aarav...for whatever reason if I may add.

Aarav is a cutie pie...I like him mainly because the child actor behaves like a little boy. Wonder if he will be able to outsmart the kidnappers...who anyway don't seem to be professional kidnappers. Loved the way Ram's face changed expressions when he realised Mr Goon's idea to talk to his children might work. It went from despair to his eyes lighting up and a smile on his face. Ram gave Mr Kapoor a good dose of words...the man deserved it.

I think this kidnapping track is to make Ram and Ayaan make some important and correct decisions...Ram to fight for his freedom and Ayaan to fight for Ram...at least I hope so, otherwise the kidnapping makes no sense. I agree...they need to wind up the kidnapping track this week...and move along to bring Ram and his kids together. Like I said, I don't have faith in Sony who seem to be playing havoc with their shows. Unless they promote and market and show repeats...how will they succeed as a channel?

Suganthi,

I respect her self respect, but no individual is ever completely independent, the best one can achieve is financial independence, but there are other aspects of life where we will always be dependent. I would respect her streak of ego and self respect if she takes steps for achieving financial independence, but she doesn't seem to take any steps on that direction. When she sprouts big talk about she not needing anybody when she does nothing to gain the independence, it sounds like big bark without any bite. And more importantly people of any age should know how to prioritise, her current priority should have been her brother's welfare, not sprouting venom just for sake of it.

Yes, the change of expressions in Ram's face was subtle, but very effective.

I do hope this track is to make Ram and Ayaan to realise what they need to do. But have a very bad feeing after seeing Mr. Kapoor's expression at the end of Ram's call. Mr. Kapoor kind of people who never see fault in themselves always astonish me, here Mr, Kapoor have no sense of regret about his his part in making Aarav run away. I somehow feel Mr. Goon have bite off more than he can chew when dealing with Mr, Kapoor. Goon might have some minor influence in getting cell phone and other comforts within his prison cell, but by letting Ram use his cell phone to talk to Mr. Kapoor, he made a strategical error and jeopardised not just his comforts, but also the job of prison warden who let him have the phone in the cell. Moreover he might even be accused of helping Ram in arranging the abduction of Aarav, after-all Mr. Kapoor kind of moneyed people can be bigger bullies and thugs.
