This if true speaks volumes of the closed door policy of BW.If KJo who is one of the biggest producers in the industry can not look beyond industry kids BW will degenerate for sure. Fresh blood must be introduced to keep the film industry vibrant. In a recent interview he has himself spoken of the dire straits the industry is in with theatres going dry film after film. One of the major factors for this is the staleness that is creeping in in watching the same faces whether they have talent or not just because they are to the manor born.
