Dashing actor Vivian Dsena, who was last seen as RK in Colors' popular show 'Madhubala -Ek Ishq Ek Junoon' went on a break after his show went off air. The actor is all set to back with a bang after the self exile of one year.

We heard, Dsena, who played the role of Vampire in Ekta Kapoor's 'Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani' will be soon seen shaking his legs in 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa'..

Last year also he was approached, but at that time the deal didn't materialize. This time the makers of the dance reality show again approached him and it seems the actor has signed the dotted lines.

According to our sources, "Vivian is one the most expensive contestant this year and the makers of Jhalak are keen on having him on board."

Kavita Kaushik, Sanaya Irani, Radhika Madan, Dipika Samson, Shamita Shetty, Ashish Chowdhry and Faisal Khan will be seen grooving in the reality show. Pritam Singh and Manish Paul are roped in to host this season.

After becoming popular as RK in the TV show 'Madhubala " Ek Ishq Ek Junoon', Vivian Dsena went on a break. The actor is now set to return to the tube after a gap of almost one year with the dance reality show 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa'.

Says a source associated with the show, "He was approached last year too, but the deal didn't materialise. The makers were keen on having him on board this season. He is one of the expensive participants this season."

While the actor refused to comment regarding 'Jhalak...', when asked about his fiction comeback, he said, "I have been getting offers, but nothing exciting enough. It has been almost 10 months since my last fiction show, but I am in a happy space and relaxed. There is absolutely no desperation to make a hurried return. I want to be back with a performance-oriented role

The show, which will be hosted by Pritam Singh and Manish Paul, will feature Kavita Kaushik, Sanaya Irani, Radhika Madan, Dipika Samson, Ashish Chowdhry, Faisal Khan and Shamita Shetty as participants.

By the end of June, the names for the celebrity dance reality show will be more or less locked in. Several names have been floating around in the media circuit, and here's a new one today. It seems the makers of "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa," BBC Worldwide Productions, have approached Vivian Dsena to be one of the contestants.

The RK, a.k.a. Rishab Kundra, of tellytown, who was last seen in "Madhubala " Ek Ishq Ek Junoon," is enjoying his time off camera and has vouched to devote all his time to his family and dear wife. Rumors are rife that the actor is the most expensive actor on the dance reality show. The year before last, his co-star Drashti Dhami was a part of Jhalak and won the trophy. This year, some of the names floating around in the media circuit are all very popular stars who have a very strong fan base. Hence, winning the show will be no easy task.

Dsena, in a conversation with a popular daily, claims that he was offered Jhalak last year but could not take it up. It seems that this year, the makers were desperate to get the actor on board.

Some of the other names in the mix are Sanaya Irani, Parth Samthaan, Kavita Kaushik, Radhika Madan, Dipika Samson, Ashish Chowdhry, Faisal Khan and Shamita Shetty. However, the channel will not give any confirmation on this until the show launches, and they've officially announced the names.

If Dsena agrees to be on the show, he will face some stiff competition from contestants like Radhika Madan and Sanaya Irani, who are trained dancers and contestants like Parth Samthaan, who has a huge fan base. So far, the actor hasn't confirmed doing JDJ8, but our sources confirm that the actor has already started rehearsing for the show
