Prologue

Guys, please tell me how you like it, and I am planing to make it a shory story, so do let me know...!!

He stood up with all the strength he had left in his body, without dropping a tear... And walked up to the man who sat laying down on the floor, crying with sorrow...

There he stood in front of the one thing that brought back nothing but her, and her memories... He closed his eyes and the day flashed back... The first time he saw her... She was all set in her ghagra choli, enjoying the beats of the drum on the first auspicious day of the Gujju Festival, Navratri...!!

She was moving her hands up and down, while her hair swayed perfectly and simultaneously to the movement of her body... He noticed her, she stood out from everyone, she was someone who didn't care and just did he steps the way she liked them...

He shook his head and then walked up to the water stand to grab a glass of water... He did not feel her approach, but soon he felt a tap on his shoulder...

"Excuse me, Can--- I--- ..??"

"Oh, Ya, sure" he said handing her the glass...

And soon enough appeared the idiotic Kunal..!!

"Tum, meri partner banogi... please!!"

"Nahi, woh K-k-k-k unal...!!, mere paas par-part-partner hai...!!"

"Nahi, hai! Kahan Hai...!"

"Hai, na she said turning around to find the first person she could.."

And that first apparent person was him... " Ye, Yeh hai mera partner" she said grabbing his elbow, as he was witnessing the comedy scene between the two...

"Kon hai yeh...??" he asked

"Yeh, Yeh, Yeh YEH, mera husband, nahi, sorry sorry, yeh mera boyfriend hai, Iska naam Aayush hai..."

"Ppp---aarrr.."

"Aur next week hamari engagement hai!" she cut him off, and dragged him to the dance floor...

"Oh, hello, na hi mein aapko janta ho, aur tumhara boyfriend to bilkul nahi banana..."

" Oh, hello mujhe bhi koi intrest nahi hai tume.."

" Aur tum Mumbai ke toh ho nahi.."

"Nahi, tumhe kaise pata...??"

" Tumhari dressing, Garba Sense, and Akaal se.."

"What..??"

"In that case let's compare and know each other for the 9 day of Navratri..."

"Oh, Really...??"

" Ya, Since I am already named Aayush, you can be... ummm... Prishita...!"

Update # 1

He still remembered the first time he met her... She was the most stunning lady he had ever met! Being around her gave him an internal rush of joy, she was a feeling that made him feel happy... But what he did not know was that she was silently giving him clues... Clues of her eclipse around his life...

"He still remembered the day she told him her bucket list..."

" Ready..?"

" Ya!" he said pressing the record button on his phone...

" I want to do 4 things before I die...

1. Have a pond full of lit lanterns

2. Want to have my own photo shoot, just like a star

3. Kiss a Guy

4. and lastly, spend one full day with in an amusement park

"What...?? That is so god damn boring... " he whines

"Hey! Did you just call my wishes boring...?"

" These are wishes I can fulfill within a few seconds...!"

She gave him the skeptical look.

"Well, maybe not seconds but in like 2 days, I can do all of this for you"

" And, why would you do all this for me..?"

" Because I really like you, and you know what maybe I have fallen in love with you..!" he exclaimed picking her up...

The smile on her vanished, she was enjoying the wind in her face as he spinned her around, but somewhere, she knew she could never let him fall in love with her.

"Aayush, please put me down..!"

"Uh, ya... sorry" he put her down, and then looked into the lights...

"Aayush, uh, um, I didn't mean to, um.." she stumbled

"I guess I took it to far Prishita" he took his eyes down in shame

"Uh, you know what, I- I -I , uh forget this.." she said and then all of a sudden

She stood on her toes, and put her hands on his nape, and kissed him... It wasn't passionate, yet it was their first kiss, one they would never forget... He put his hands on her waist and they both felt eternal bliss... It felt like they had grown all their life only to experience this one moment of pure bliss.

She then backed away, and looked down..

"Look, I'm sorry for doing that, it was just all of a sudden, and I didn't--" he placed his hand on her mouth

"Prishita, that was something I had never ever felt before in my life, so Thank You very, very much for that..."

"Aayush I am going to go home, and umm... tonight is the last night, so I hope to see you again somewhere.." she smiled and left in the car

" But Prishita..." he never got a chance to finish his words, for he would never be the same again " I-I-I love you" he mumbled to himself

Maybe he would see her again, if they fought till the end, who knows destiny always plays back
