i somehow feel the accident was also planned

but how did sid know dd will go there for a new car dive ?

that remains a mystery to me

it was all a plan just so Shiv can get back into their lives so it had to be that way looking like DD had harmed him now he will pretend he has a memory loss

I think the accident was not a plan but for him to be there was, because Sid knew that DD would be taking that road to go home. The accident might have been a coincidence.
