Tera Mera Rishta from Awarapan and Main yaha tu wahan from Baghban. Though these two are technically sad songs but there's plenty of depth and romance in them. I also like I Will Be Your Hero Baby from Enrique and Nobody Else Like Me by Uncle Cracker.
