Aamir Khan announces his next productional venture

The actor has finally given a nod to a story which he will be producing..

Aamir Khan will be producing Advait Chandan's directorial under his banner.Aamir Khan is all set to produce another film which is likely to go on the floors later this year. The untitled film will mark the directorial debut of Advait Chandan, Aamir Khan's former manager. Advait who was handling Aamir's work for five years, was simultaneously developing a script.

He recently narrated the story to the actor and Aamir was completely bowled over by it and has decided to produce it. It's a beautiful story of an adolescent girl who aspires to become a singer. The casting is currently on and they are looking for a new face, a girl who knows how to sing, because the film will require her to be comfortable in front of the mic. Tentatively titled 'The Secret Superstar', the film revolves around the aspirations of a Muslim girl and her battles against the stereotypes to emerge victorious.

Advait has been relieved of all his responsibilities so he can concentrate on his film and Aamir has now got himself a new manager.

I would like to see this movie actually getting built
Aamir has been criticized a lot for his unusual silence over the malpractices of his own community in SMJ or his movies
If finally this movie is made that may attract lot of criticism and bravado
Let see what happens

He is supposed to be directing this, no??

Or was the movie tilted "Barf" an other story??

Dehli Belly.

Brilliant cinema it is, each one of them.

Sorry I got it.

Barf is indeed his directorial venture. Expected in 2017.

And this one is another story. I think they were auditioning for it on twitter a couple of months back. That's why I got confused.

Nice I hope they find someone good! Preferably cast an oustider who is talented, good looking etc! Bollywood can use some outsiders at this point!

And I think, It will be an outsider. They were holding auditions a few months back.

Another thing I like about Aamir's productions is that they focus on new talent and give them a chance to shine. TZP, DG,PL for example.
