I agree with u on the development of story part - cvs failed there big time.

But again different people percieve marriage n love differently. For me more than love a marriage needs understanding.

Rinky had an ex bf she doesnt think about him, that is all in the past which CVS have not youched upon so I assume she has forgotten abt it.

N ya I think all of them (MiMinky) were in a way responsible for what happened in the past (obviously they had an opportunity to refuse for Minky marriage or Mihika not marrying Ashok but they didnt chose to do so). But every individual is responsible for what can happen in future based on present actions.

N here deciding factors r Mihir n Rinky- what they want, what r their expectations from their marriage etc. If in case Mihir feels he cant have a compromised relationship with Rinky he shud b open about it n divorce her n start afresh than asking Rinky to adjust with his feelings.

Rinky might cry n sulk for a day or two but it will save her from having an unhappy marriage all her life. She can go back to studying n finding herself a job n making her career.

Mihika never attempted to make a move on Mihir when she walked out on Ashok. In fact, she was encouraging him to take Rinky on a trip and give her some attention. Rinky on the other hand has been expecting Mihir to treat her special and do everything to make her happy while she's barely done anything to treat him special.

Mihir was feeling guilty that Mihika sacrificed her freedom and married Ashok. Rinky is making a big tamasha of the situation instead of having a proper talk and work it out with Mihir. Very immature!

I totally agree with you. She is a victim of marriage to an unexpected groom all in the name of saving face from the so called society. She is very young and trying to deal with it but immaturely.
