Lovely post... Do these people have ko moral responsibility towards others. They are just depreciating the value of girls.. Young minds are like sponge if you continuously show crap to people.. They will relate this as reality...

I think people should do exCtly the opposite of whatever this show says. Life ban jaygi sabko

Anju found this post today and have to say that I agree with you and almost everyone who' posted on this brilliant thread, almost because you know why.

I am feeling really sleepy now but maybe back tomorrow to pen down my two cents on this. 😳

Because of Raman's constant shoutings, 'Yeh hi---- ' is banned in our living room Television. I watch just for Ishitha on my iPad.
I agree with the above post that it pains when your husband shouts on you like this. Spouses tolerate that in our country. But here in U.S. If husband is abusive they immediately get a divorce. Both husband and wife constantly have to please the other. Otherwise they end the marriage forever.

You have made a very good point here. That because of his shoutings you are not allowed to watch that on ur living room TV..CVs should take note of this..when he starts shouting , which he does very often by the way, my mom usually gives me this look that says 'what the hell r u watching'. I usually tell her "mama ignore this psycho guy"... And its not that people don't shout or hurl abuses on other shows...they do...but this ones done up so realistically (KPs too good actually) that it kind of gets to you...I literally cringe when he shouts.

@appuss, Very pertinent post.

yesterday, whilst watching the episode, I just saw a snippet of it and was horrified at the screaming and verbal abuse showered on the female protagonist ! What galled me, was not his throwing her out, but HER not walking out and Ishita telling Raman this was her house too !
No self respecting woman would take this kind of verbal abuse... she is not an uneducated woman nor does she need to depend upon her husband for financial wherewithal.
Why would a modern educated woman take this crap that is being showered on her ? ..
What I am unable to accept is this, if this is the BIG BLAST that was to happen, it is in a very very very bad / poor taste and imagine the effect of this on the children ! how would the writers justify that ? Aditya is worried and Ruhi is blas !
Ugh ! Ugly, total nonsense and senseless drama. I am not sure what the writers are trying to achieve by this ? ... and frankly, this is not about Ishita being a jagat mata and the sarcasm that we normally heap on her in the forum .. This is very very important for the writers to note and pretty scary thought that they are affecting a lot of TV viewers and the trend that it is ok to listen to all the abuse from your husband and get back to being normal bickering the next day !
I liked this show for what it showed in reality... and as someone very pertinently pointed out, Param for all that he is a leech, treats simmi with respect and love whereas Raman who is so called protagonist verbally abuses his wife and treats her like her place is in the dustbin and no where else ! Whereas, he is all soft and sweet with the ex who betrayed him walked out on him when he was at his most vulnerable !
So, all Shaggy's vitriol and venom is forgiven ! Why ? because she gave birth to RKB's two children and she holds that over him... Whereas Ishita for all intents and purposes, the woman he is supposedly in love with does not deserve the same respect and honour, why ? coz she cannot have children !
I am appalled at the so called though process of the writers !

This is happening in society. Even after divorces, the divorced couples patch up for sake of kids.

It would have been complicated if Shaun became good. If everything is good no one thanks daughter in law coz that was expected but if things don't work she is blamed coz she is an outsider

Very nice post & I completely agree wit the TM!! The words which Raman said to Ishita were horrendous & cruel. What I fail to understand is jus few minutes back he promised her that her feelings r now most imp to him & in the very next second he thrashs & crushes her feelings so brutally, for the sake of his brotherly love & to prove his sister that she matters to him more than his love for his wife or heck his wife itself!.

Another thing which struck me badly was the unresponsive attitude of Ishita's parents. I mean can that be for Real??!!! A father & mother of a daughter will allow their son-in-law to threat thier daughter so cruelly & throw her out of the house like a trash...silently!! Not a word said by the Iyer parents. I don't know how did their silence act as a damage control weapon here!!! but one thing I'm sure, if the roles were reversed the Bhallas (especially Toshi Bhalla) would hv brought the roof down if her son was subjected to such cruel words from her daughter-in-law!!!

true. See how bhallas are reacting when Rinky told them abt Mihir coming home in drunk state n talking shit. Here rinky is showing self respect. but als our ishita. ishita is also resposible for this. it just that she is taking all this shit from Raman without any complain and somewhere Raman knws that ishita wll come back to her, ones he says sorry.
more than love women need respect.
